      I still think he's crazy lol he should have just chalked the jet up as a lose the amount of money he spent to make this not to mention buy it no, way he'll make his money back and there's not much of the Elvis Jet left. It wasn't one of Elvis's main Jet he maybe flew in it a couple times he had it I think for about a year, if it was a main Jet Evis loved the most and flew the most I could understand it . But just my opinion I could be wrong , I don't think so I guess we're see , I would have liked to seen it in it's real form before it was torn up just because it was Elvis's plane but not much left of it hopefully he kept the original interior you need something left The king has touched. It'll be another interesting to see what comes of it.

    Looks great! Better than I thought it would. ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING TO MENTION!! In the rear where the batteries are (and what looks to be a large invertor)...you MUST get some ventilation into that cubbyhole! Ala a boat type of blower motor that we flip on for a minute or so before starting the motor for the 1st time of the day. Vented to the outside. If not this can literally explode! It would be a nice touch to turn those engine covers into open at the front type of cowling as you really need to keep the inverter much cooler than it seems it will be inside that enclosed area. Inlet air while in transit to keep the electronics cool...and BY ALL MEANS an outlet louver for venting air to the outside of the enclosure! VERY very important!! Everything looks good though...

    • @MikeM275
      @MikeM275 Месяц назад +1

      @@basketballjones6782 Do YOU know that it isn't?? Just an FYI, it doesn't have to be "airtight" to build up gasses from the batteries and explode. Also that is a huge inverter, with a small built in fan that you could see. Did you notice the fan is right next to the door when Jimmy closed it? Where will it draw air in from next to that door when it's closed? I'm both a pilot and a lifelong boatman...what I'm saying is correct and needs to be looked at.

    The Elvis Jet looks AMAZING. Great job. I drove 18 Wheelers for a few years when I took a break from aviation. If you add spot mirrors below or above your main mirrors on both sides, it will help alot to see what is next to you without looking at the video all the time. They are cheap and easy to install and they will look good. I used my spot mirrors all the time on my 80 foot semi truck. Have a safe trip.

    Jimmy....this turned out better than I could imagine. Job well done. Not only to you, but everyone who made it possible, including those who helped fund it with the purchase of the Elvis Jetstar Tags. I'm so glad I purchased one. "Thank you, thank you very much!"

    Amazing build. It turned out better than I thought it would. The metalwork on the lower body is great and the stainless makes it look like it's flying.

    perfection is putting it mildly. You guys have made this so cool. It looks so professional with the elvisjet website on the back. Personally I would make the screen a bit bigger so that you can look back clearly with the right feeling.
