I'm 31 and started dancing 1.5years ago. This video was super helpful - thank you :) Just started a note in my phone for feedback so I can remember it and keep it in mind
Great tips! Would love to see more cheer at home training videos or programs from you. Your amazing and contents are a gem truly. Thank you so much for sharing your tips and all the videos.
honestly, i love the studio and i think being self taught would be super hard, i’m not saying train for 5, or 12 hours a week, but even one class would really help!
hi! there’s so many great dance classes on youtube!! you can search up beginner/intermediate/advanced stretch routines to work on flexibility at home. there’s so many full length jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, etc. classes on youtube you can follow along with, which is very similar to taking a regular class in a studio. there’s follow along technique classes, strength classes, stretch routines, etc. which would be so helpful. kayleen has a lot of those already on her channel!! good luck and lmk if you have any questions :)
What else do you think successful dancers do?! I wanna know your thoughts! Also ik my hair is so frizzy here lol let's just ignore that 😁
These are great tips. You gotta get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

I’m doing Salsa and bachata. I’m terrible but want to be better so your advice is great. Thank you! You inspire me through difficult times.
