    hey bro you should really drop the weight, i dont think you can do them with correct form yet.

      hey if you look in training log #178 when ur doing single plate dips you can see that ur form is way better, maybe drop the weight and try do stricter form, it'll make you stronger and you'll grow more muscle

      ALSO in training log #237 from 5 months ago you were doing the same weight with dips and the same reps, same form but you were actually a little bit stronger 5 months ago in the beginning whereas you used ur right shoulder more in this one. I really do think that lowering the weight and practicing strict form will go a long way

      also my point with the reps and weight for the dips is that you are actually regressing
