Training log #289: Grand
Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 289. Apologies for the slightly blurry footage throughout the video. I went out to shoot some fresh snow last night and forgot to re-enable autofocus. Doesn't seem too bad, but it could be better.
Happy about getting the planner. I've become busy enough in life to need some kind of schedule written down so I don't forget what I'm doing.

same for legs! I can do many heavy pull ups, dips and push ups but I just dont wanna do legs. This is affect my body, my hands and feets are become purple bla bla. I hope you get well soon buddy ✊salute
i hope you can recover quickly. I heard recently you need to do rehab exercises very frequently like every 40 minutes and that can help.

how come you sometimes do dips with lower weight compared to other videos with heavier weights?

@MonTInglE yeah, i don't have a bench setup and don't really mind sticking with dips as my main
@@drasxus That's cool, I think i'm the same as you and only do dips and overhead press for pressing. Mostly because if I added bench i'd have to add rows which sometimes fatigues my deadlift a bit much. Also I really like your content, keep up the good work! 👍

Consider training weighted chin ups. It could be refreshing to add a new exercise.
