I have been testing it and you can run any side by side the Infared interferes. But if you look at my videos you can see my data compared. Everything is looking very close overall.
Is that showing impact location?? It looks like it but want to confirm. Wonder if that is Eye Mini or TGC providing that info, because I swore Eye Mini didn't provide that.
Yes, MINI provides an impact location via snapshot image of the ball hitting the club. Check out my first look video and others on it. But this is not displayed in TGC.

I know it offers the video playback of the impact, but in this video, the middle visualization of the shot statistics looks to display a club face, with "Left" or "Right" followed by "inches". It looks like impact location (at least horizontal) is being displayed in TGC.
I had a GC2 with TGC2019, and got tired of using the wireless workaround, so I ordered the Eye Mini…. My question is the read/display delay on par with Foresight vs Uneekor Eye Mini in THC2019?

No, VIEW is not simulation softwsre. Just 2D.

Being camera based does it need aby specific lighting or can it be used in the dark because of the infared?
It has Infared so you do not need any lighting. I wouldn’t advise swinging in the dark but yes it should work fine :)
