I got these for 30 bucks on Amazon. I absolutely love them. The ANC is better than most people say and the app really lets you dial in the sound quality. These are one of the best values out there, IMHO.
I bought these almost 2 months ago for docked Switch gaming. Not only do they work great and not lag regardless of no game mode setting, but I just went into the app to change my equalizer mode for the game I'm playing like I always do, and I received an update that added the game mode they were missing before. Well worth the $30 I paid.
I love how you broke everything down you need to know about the earbuds.. you did your homework, I gotta subscribe to your channel and look at your other videos.. Thx 4 the info
Excellent review. Purchased this on Amazon for 29.99. Was looking to get the skull candy but the reviews weren't appealing plus none really had all the features the Soundcore had in one product so I took a chance and got it. So far i’m happy.
I agree with you on Soundcore as a whole. They have given us great products for half the price. I also went on a Soundcore buying spree. I have the Space Q40, Space A40, Sport X20, Liberty 3Pro, and I just bought these (P30's). They are all great with sound, a lot of settings, and the price.
Thanks for such a real review. There are so many fake SoundCore reviews on here. I've ordered a pair of these, I'm excited to try them out after watching this.
I just bought these for $30, mainly for playing my Switch docked. I mostly play Switch now days, prefer docked and I'm getting tired of playing with subpar TV speaker sound, especially in games with wonky, bad sound balancing. They added bluetooth headphone support to Switch a few years ago. I'm worried though that there might be significant lag. If it's not too bad, maybe I'll keep them and find a cheap USB adapter later on to get rid of the lag. I can't afford to buy $200 earbuds so I went with these because they're a budget name brand. I've literally never used wireless earbuds before. Still been using wired earbuds until now and watching your video simply because I've just never used wireless before. I'm stuck in the mid 2000s still, tech wise lol. Kinda prefer how things were back then, more physical features, less digital, less subscription services.
Not recommended for gaming, the sound is great, but it doesn't have gaming mode, so the latency is terrible. On the other hand, the previous model (P20i) has gaming mode, and there is no delay (at least for me).
@beastmaster6946 ...that's weird the previous model had gaming mode. Yeah I thought these ones had one. But I already got them and tested them out yesterday. I do notice like potentially a miniscule eighth or quarter second delay. But mostly they're working on my Switch just fine. I think I also could be imagining the constant miniscule delay simply cause I was expecting one and it may only be when I first go into a game or back to the menu that there's a slight delay and then they start working just fine without one. I've decided to keep them and I think in the future I'll eventually upgrade to the $70 P3's which should have gaming mode. I'm hoping maybe they'll go on sale more at some point, maybe around the holidays. But for now, I had no wireless earbuds at all before and for only $30 and the very minimal delay that I may or may not have noticed, they'll work for me until I can spare the money for a pricier pair with the gaming mode.
@beastmaster6946 So I first of all, it's been however many weeks and they work great, they don't lag on my Switch. I do think my 8bitdo controller maybe has minor input lag when both are connected, but that's it. Also, I just went into the app like I always do, to change my equalizer theme for the game I'm playing and the P30i's just got an update today which added the game mode. Quite happy with these for docked Switch gaming.
They normally cost around $59 to $80 on the website. I found one for $30 at Ross. At that price, it was definitely worth the buy!! The fit is great confortable and works better with the app you can change the functions, turn on surround sound on and adjust EQ.
Are these worth it in comparison to the p40i’s? On amazon these are going for $30 and the p40i’s are going for $50. I always see people say the p40’s are great but is it worth the $20 more?
These are 20$ at Ross and super loud if you turn on the 3D mode my god I like my music loud but these are crazy loud I can't listen to them turned all the way up I love em I highly recommend these😊
Nice review. Thanks. I want to give these a try. I've been using the galaxy buds live for a few years, but lately they've been kind of hurting my ears. Looking for an alternative thats small ear friendly, so hoping these work out.
How is the transparency mode with this set? I purchased the EarFun Free Pro 3 and found transparency VERY poor. I was surprised at that, so I'm returning them asap! Can transparency be adjusted through the SoundCore app to like an extreme level? Far more than the EarFun pair? Whatcha think? Btw: a perfect review!!! My compliments...🙏♐
Hi I like to do a customization on the EQ but don’t know how and what give me a better sound. Can you show how you would do it . Appreciate if you do.😊
Wonder how they compare to the Soundcore Sport X10s. I've been using those for the past year and I've never had a better sounding pair. Recently purchased the space Q45s which sounds incredible. And I have the Soundcore motion plus speaker, which sounds twice as good as the JBL flip products
I have these and the newer Sport X20. The X20 are a little better. Better sound. I never tested the X10, but I imagine they are similar to the X20's. But with all that, I like wearing the P30's more.
I receive mine today, and yes you are right with this specific model, the bass by default is too GOD damn high. I must use piano eq to make it "balance" for me, while in my previous A20i, acoustic eq is enough ( piano eq is to sharp for my ear in A20i ). The crazy thing is, active noise cancelation quality is almost on par with my Liberty 3 Pro. Is the technology getting cheaper, or my ear is worn out I dunno.😬🍻
Got these as my second pair of ear pods, and Ionly use them for one two hour increments, then noticed they died within the week. I was hoping to learn how to turn it off & off because I tossed the package instructions. How can one tell they are off when put back in the case?
Do your ears get sore with extended listening sessions using these buds? I currently own a pair of soundcore life dot 3i and my ears get sore pretty quickly which hasn’t happened with other pairs of soundcore earbuds I’ve used
So far no, I keep them in the ear for about 3 hours at a time at work on low playing music and they're fine so far. The Anker c30i is my go to though for maximum comfort
This is probably a dumb question, generally Idk much about audio and I’m using apple EarPods the wire one is this better than what I’m using(I personally enjoy it)
It's not a dumb question. In terms of features and quality of sound these are way better than what you're using. Currently on Amazon you can get a pair of airpods 2 for 69.99 if apple is the product you rather buy. Here's a link Apple AirPods (2nd Generation) Wireless Ear Buds, Bluetooth Headphones with Lightning Charging Case Included, Over 24 Hours of Battery Life, Effortless Setup for iPhone a.co/d/aglDeLn
@@ianwest1624 I used to use aipods 2 but it died in 2 years so I switch to HUAWEI freebuds pro gen 1 and it died, so I’ve been using the EarPods for couple months now. Honestly I kinda forget how the freebuds sounds like soooo I think I’ll give the soundcore p30i a try
I would like to know if it has an automatic play and pause function, as soon as we take it off our ears it pauses, and when we put it back on it starts playing the music again.
Can someone please help me with the LED light charging? I just bought these and I charged them and used them but when I put the headphones back in the case. The light is on for a few seconds and turns off. Is it supposed to do that? Or how do you know it's charging or done charging
Are you using both at the same time? What I suggest is to go to the app while the buds are on and don't play music. Turn the anc on and you should feel the suction from it. Otherwise it's possible they're defective
You're the second person to figure out what song I used. I'm just glad they didn't block any videos. I love that tune, can listen to it throughout my shift dealing with the public
Played with the Wind Noise cancelling today in strong winds. On my P30i the wind noise cancelling works (sorta) on phone calls, music and audio books. I'd say it's more of a "Wind Noise Reduction" and not true canceling. Be sure you have the ear buds in noise canceling mode and not "Transparency" mode for the wind reduction to work. During the phone calls, the other person I was conversing with said they heard no wind noise, so it does appear to work as far as canceling any outgoing wind noise. All-in-all, it's not bad for a $25 earbud set.
I have these and the Soundcore Sport X20's. They are both great. These will stay in. But if you sweat a lot, they will loosen - which is the case for all buds.
I got these and I'm not super impressed. They are waaay too boomy to my taste. Even when removing some bass in the equalizer, I can't remove enough boominess (in the Soundcore app) and get back a little clarity in the bass, making it punchier. The only way I got them to sound good was by connecting them to my PC and use PC Equalizer APO to EQ the hell out of them. But I must admit the noise cancelling is pretty good thought. The passive noise cancellation (ANC OFF) is also better than the one on the Space A40 because they are smaller and fit my ears better too. The earbuds and the case do look very nice and are of good quality for the price. But I can't really use them with my phone because the app makes it impossible to EQ them good enough for my ears not to bleed after 15 minutes of listening. I might buy the Space A40 again and hope the pair I get isn't defective like the first ones I was sent. I find the sound on the A40 a lot better.
@@1119-w3u thanks. Just made my decision way easier. The A3i were my favorite set of earbuds I’ve ever had. My left AirPod pro got ran over the other day.
