    It's a nice video but, I have to correct you on the build. In fact, the 12 has an aluminum frame with gorilla glass victus 2 for the screen and gorilla Glass 5 for the back panel. Simply put, it is not a plastic build.
    The only plastic frames that OnePlus offers is in their budget Nord series.
    I've been using my 12 since its release in February and it's amazing. I've owned several OP flagships and they're always fast and efficient. Still, the 11 and 12 are A cut above the rest.
    I purchased my 12 in silky black and I paired it with a black tempered glass camera lens module protector and the OEM aramid carbon fiber bumper case. Both give it a futuristic race car look. You should definitely check it out.

    Dude is right because an extremely spec’d out phone with every option is not a guarantee sale in the States. Good example of this is Sony, they have a 4K display, 18G RAM, fast chip, studio camera system, etc. and nobody here buys them. Oneplus is thrown into the Sony category that even an affordable $700 isn’t enough to make a really good phone a guaranteed sale. Apple rules the States because of their Ecosystem. If you own two or three Apple products you’re not changing brands especially if one is a Mac. I’ve was in the Samsung ecosystem at one point but now full blown Apple now. Why? All their products work seamlessly together and nobody is a close second.

    From what I’ve seen of it, the OnePlus 12 is a solid device. However, there are some things that would prevent me from buying it. The first issue is it’s known to not play well with Verizon which is my carrier. And the second issue for me is the curved edges on the display, I’m not a fan of them. They’re uncomfortable to hold without a case on it. If OnePlus had ensured the 12 worked well with all carriers and had made the display flat, this would’ve been a phone I would’ve heavily considered.

      @jnr-k921 Месяц назад +2

      You mean the Google pixels and iPhones that are all built in china, and the Chinese bootcamps essentially were they house and underpay thousands to make apple devices! We live in an era we're all your data is being stolen and used, doesn't matter what brand you choose, if you have a smartphone, your being tracked and monitored and data sold to companies for advertisement.
      The way I see it, I don't get up to anything on my phone worth anyone spying on and seeing lol, and it's 12 years of owning android devices, 6 of which were Huawei devices, never had any issues, no bank accounts being hacked, no email accounts, no photos leaked it etc
      The pixel is so far behind this one plus it's not even funny, the battery life alone is all the reason you need to avoid pixel, not to mention the throttling when gaming and various other bugs etc

Chinese smartphones are not limited by any laws and download personal information, the disclosure of which poses a threat. There are many studies on this topic. If you have not personally encountered something, this does not mean that it does not exist. Today, a smartphone is not only a battery and a screen, but much more. The problem is that oneplus is overpriced globally, also good specs is meaningless without software optimisation whereby oneplus camera suffers(good hardware for photo but average image and video processing), no ip68 for that price range and competition like samsung giving 7 os updates. Lots of companies have joined the high spec on paper(xiaomi,moto,iqoo,vivo...) so oneplus aint that special to people anymore what matters most now is good software, ai and phone optimisation and good user experience like apple and samsung do.
