I've done a meringue in the past (just for myself, not filmed). It works fairly well, but doesn't keep well. There's also a slight graininess, I wonder if a small pinch of xanthan him would help with that? Maybe I'll film a pavlova at some point and try out different things
1. Wow!!! I bet all of these are delicious. Chickpeas and lentils are kings in vegetarian cooking. 2. Not sure what's going on with the adds (watched it twice and no adds) in the meantime like and subscribe to help the channel grow while that gets sorted out. 3. Glad you're back on I was getting a little worried. 4. The shelf you're crafting on the Patreon feed is coming out wonderful. maybe see if you can borrow a few GI Joes/Action Force guys or Star Wars guys for photos to trigger the algorithm. Or not Star Wars fans can be a little toxic. 5. These chickpea filler things are begging for a followup video if you're needing inspiration.
@@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen Yeah I saw it on the Patreon feed. As a general rule, I interact with people from the public in public forums. It kind of grounds everything in reality if I'm going to be held accountable for how I treat people online. While you and the platform work on the issues, an extra trip to Kofi or two this week from a couple of fans would make a real difference.

The hummus is so much better than the shop bought stuff. It’s a winner. Love those spicy carrots!
Don't give up Auntie Rachel. So far you did it great. Keep posting new videos & take care.
Thank you so much!

Thanks much for the caring and sharing. Great presentation and edit. Wishing you good health and fitness going forward. 👍
Thanks Ray!
Thank you very much for those ideas. Chick peas are so versatile. I am working myself up to trying to use aquafaba, maybe in vegan meringue.

I'm having issues with AdSense (there's more of an explanation in the Patreon post from yesterday). It's so frustrating!
