With the glute stretch/ext rot, do you recommend touching the foot to the floor or staying upright? Great content as usual!
I’m not sure I know exactly what you mean Brian but in order to make it easier: bring the foot that’s on the floor further in front - that will allow for more space 😊

Can you make a video with simple morning exercises for girls?
I think it would be an interesting experiment.
And I could show these exercises to my daughter.
As a teenager, it's very important to exercise.
Hi there :) As you said - it's important to exercise even as a teenager (during every age actually!). However from a sports science perspective there is no such thing as exercises "for girls" or "for boys". The types of exercises are for everyone & very inclusive. Exercise and movement has no gender. 🙏🏼 So she can happily try out any of these routines!! :)

In adolescence, regular exercise is doubly important, because at this age the habit of an active age of life is established.
And I'm sorry, I don't agree with you.
The right choice of exercise is very important.
Because at this age there is not enough experience to control your own sensations.
