      I struggle with avocados as a fruit, berries yes would be interesting to see fruit that grows in UK that are healthy (apples, pears or plums)

    I barely just started eating avocados mid 2023 and blueberries the past 5 years but apples and celery the past 5 years. This video is educational and many of the comments are very note worthy. Im getting this information 04/2024 and I Thank You All❤. This us valuable healthy information 🙏

    Cantaloupe is actually predigested when you eat it. Liver Loves it!! It is high in SOD antioxidant which is an anti aging!! Wild Blueberries is the strongest of all fruit for healing and anti aging!!

    Sugar is NOT the same in fruit as in processed foods. Don't fear fruit. It's great for weight loss and helps to slow aging.

    My oncologist told me that cancer eats everything. I skipped the chemo and ate organic food, lots of garlic red onion and greens as well as apple cider vinegar, turmeric and Black Seed Oil.

    You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
    Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
    Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
    Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
    Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
    Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
    Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
    Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
    Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
    A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
    Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
    Every city should be a bicycle city.

    I've been eating an avocado daily at breakfast for 20 years since I heard of it's benefits. I've been eating blueberries at breakfast almost daily for 2 years. I usually eat healthy and watch the people around me eat unhealthy and get sick and fat and end up on medications. I've also been studying about and taking supplements for 30 years. Also drinking a lot of water when I wake up. I also buy 10 superfoods powders and mix them all together into a large container and take a scoop of it with my breakfast. I also chew my food well and think positive and meditate. Meanwhile the clueless around me descend into sickness and misery. Everyone please realize that you are already divine and loved by the divine without you having to go to church. May the Force be with you. Because the Force is with me. I found a divine process a year ago that in a one time process shifted me into being In The Zone in divine awareness all day long.

    I got cancer when I was 15. I was a healthy, very athletic. Always number 1. No exceptions. Since then living healthy except for tons of red wine and vodka. In my opinion quality exercise every single day and enough sleep along with berries, lean meat and fish and you’ll be good. In the end it comes down to luck. Bad/good. Healthy living people die young every day.

    I like Sinclair’s advice but I felt snd looked amazing in my fifties too. It’s just really difficult for me to get too excited about someone talking about longevity who’s in his fifties. I am in my mud sixties now and it feels weird listening to someone so young giving advice about longevity. I would love to hear from someone who follows his program who is in their 80s or 90s.
    That said, this is really great info.

    My Morning 10 Super foods custom powders mix. Amla berry, ashwagandha root, beets, cocoa 100%, N.Z. whey protein, maca, matcha green tea, moringa, MYCO10 organic 10 mushrooms complex and ultimate Daily Greens 52 superfoods. I used each one individually a little at a time daily and increase it so I can check for my compatibility before adding them all together and not know that I am ok with each one. Now I take daily a 32 cc scope of them all mixed together in a 16 oz drink of 4 healthy juices like daily greens, beet juice, kombacha mushroom trilogy and V8 low sodium. Along with other healthy food, drinks and supplements at breakfast time.     cantaloupe gi index of 65 - grapes around 45 to 50 - avocado 45 - better to be your own expert
    almost all fresh fruit fall into the low gi index (1-55) - unlike refined sugar, they have fiber - so sugar gets absorbed in an normal amount for a stable blood sugar
    fruits are the real human food - we should eat all the fruits we desire - they were designed for us
    if otherwise, nobody would crave sweet and sugary food
    they have the highest biophoton, vitamin and antioxidant content per calorie
    + the second highest mineral content after veggies - dont let tehm "experts" scare you or fool you about our human specific food

    I eat lots of veggies, I eat avocados, berries and melon all the time, I also eat pineapple & mango. I avoid meat, but try to eat fresh wild salmon, once a week.

    Your recommendations on fruits are only for your part of the world. Haven't you considered the people living in the tropical lands who cannot find berries easily. We have plenty of papayas, pineapples, bananas, avocados etc. Please tell us if these are good for anti aging.

      So simple, as per ayurveda, wherever u are living eat local fruits near you, all fruits have some quality. Within ur 100 or 50km circle eat it. Amla is considered best fruit

    In Egypt avocados are imported and outrageously expensive also bluberries . My only option is melons which are seasonal and not available year round . We also have seasonal blackberries. What other options can u suggest

    I’ve researched and read and read multiple literature on the tremendous health benefits of avocados and made multiple attempts at incorporating them into my diet but becomes nauseous after a bite or two. Am I the only one on the planet with this problem? Is there anyone out there who can give me some helpful information to combat this problem because it’s a twofer for me I absolutely love the taste and it’s excellent for health.     Blueberries ARE good however.... foods in america with "Blueberries" often don't have Blueberries in them, the exact company producing the exact same product in Europe actually put Blueberries in that exact same product as labeling is a little stricter in Europe.

      You needn't because carbohydrates convert to sugars, so too much carbs has the same effect.

    Blackberries and raspberries are high fiber and low carb fruits that are far less likely to spike your blood sugars.

    I always heard from (top functional medicine doctors here) that canteloupe is high in natural sugar.

      You can get the light green one which has low sugar, and not the orange one, which is full of sugar.

    I don't have gold blades. Anytime I eat 1 Avacado, my leaver gets pain . I just have to eat half Avacado.

    iron is always what cancer needs most which is why artemisinin and lactoferrin are the top two cancer killers. Nothing is in 50th place behind either of those except selenium.

      Because most people are prematurely aging. You want to live longer and healthier. Not to be laid up in a nursing home for the last 10 or 15 years of your life like my grandmother was

    I've heard or read somewhere that according to some Cornell University studies and research the only acceptable food for humans is raw fruits and vegetables. And that people have actually cured cancer and all sorts of diseases by switching to raw fruits and veggies based diet. Apparently, this is what our ancestors ate. It's a bit contradictory with what's stated here about "too much fruit". Maybe it applies when you mix cooked and raw food, IDK. It's very hard to say what is actually right, and whether it's purely individual or not...

    cantaloupe or what I call mushmelon is always hard so I don't buy them at the store. I paid $6 last week for one from a guy selling them on the street corner, it was good but wont buying again for a while since $6 was not worth it for the little mushmelon.
