This House is so beautiful I love the gorgeous hardwood floors and the attention to detail with the granite and cabinetry. My only disappointment is that there is no wooden shelving in the closets and pantry. I would expect that in a house of this caliber, especially since a lot of the mobile homes you have featured had wooden shelves in most of pantries.
That’s “Builder Grade” on site built homes. Even my 2000 sq ft modular in Western Pennsylvania had the wire shelves in the master closet. My “pantry” is laughable- only one tall cabinet. The home we sold, the pantry is what sold the house in 2 weeks listed. But, no room here regrettably for anything like that. One of the compromises when we chose this model. Manorwood “Pemberton” model.

Only thing I don't understand is why they used the gold pulls on the cabinets and drawers. With the stainless steel appliances and the silver faucets, I would have went with the silver pulls too. Otherwise, amazing house....or mansion!
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 I'm a "mostly" silver jewelry wearer. My wedding band is gold and I have a couple of pieces that have both yellow gold and white gold in them. Most of mine is what you might call boho style. Mixes of leather, corded, string bead, etc. I guess I was influenced by the hippy style. But I have never liked the gold fixtures for the same reason you gave. Thought they looked tacky. 🤷♀️

They have recorded people when they are at an open house and most have made negative statements about the fixtures if goldish or brassy.

Favorite feature of this home is the master bath❤and the space upstairs. With 5,000 sq. ft., I'm surprised that there isn't a formal dining room. One that is separated with french doors would have been AWESOME! But, the home itself is beautiful 😍.

I really liked that bathtub also. We have a garden tub & it’s useless. It would take an extra hot water heater to fill it up!🤦♀️ So, I have to take showers & when you’re older, that’s not comfortable & especially when it’s small. The master closet with the extra locks is to protect furs & jewels from burglers. It is not set up as a safe room. Somewhere there is likely to be a safe. By far the best home, mansion really I have seen on your channel, Chance. Great house for about 10 kids lol. I'm thinking with the little kids upstairs in classy bunk beds with the girls on one side and the boys on the other. Not sure if that's the best plan. It sure is massive. You would almost need a live-in housekeeper, house manager, butler or the like. Keep them coming, Chance. I really enjoy your channel. (Whispers..) Dude, Chance doesn't design it ....he just tours them for us. You know, eyes and ears on the ground kinda stuff. Yes the home owners could have gotten more expensive racks, but maybe they cut cost by accepting those and putting the fundage into something they would appreciate more, in the house, like marble or granite.
What a beautiful home. I love big house. Enough for me and my two grown kids and grandkids to lives with me. I never seen so many bathroom, closets and wall outlet. But I don't care. I wished I was rich. And buy this house. Good luck for whoever buy it. 😃
Beautiful home! Our daughter & SIL’s home is almost this large but is not a new build - they purchased an older home, tore it down to the studs abs rebuilt with an added 2nd floor which is their master suite. This house you toured s much more to my liking because their is mad century mod and we’re more traditional! Ha! There is MUCH to love here! But - and you’ve heard this before - away with those wire racks!!! Ha! Surprised to see them at this price point! Ha! Another thing surprising is the cement finished surfaces for porches. Our house is probably half the price of that one and all porches (3) have either brick or flagstone surfaces. Even our 20’ X 26’ patio - but we added it and were able to completely match the flagstone. The kitchen in the house you showed is a dream - absolutely love the spice drawer! The tile throughout is gorgeous! I do really like the fact that they went with hardwood in the closets! Much warmer n the tootsies in the middle of winter even in the south! Ha! GREAT video, Chance! Give us MORE of this!!! I would have watched last Saturday but my husband had an angiogram on Friday and got home Saturday and I just wasn’t in the mood to view any house! Ha!

Hi Chance...Wow Wow Wow....my whole family 2 sons 5 grandchildren can live in this with room to spare that master bathroom was amazingly 😍 ...I would use that space in the garage for christmas 🎄 decorations....and the 3rd garage in the back for all the tools 🔧 and lawn mowers... the bedroom with the closet u walk through to the bath 🛁 is insanely gorgeous 😍....The whole house is amazing....love the kitchen ...the front porch..omg the stuff u can put out there .. I figure it must be the owner's preference. There are so many high-end finishes in this home, I doubt that the builder would "cheap out" on the closet shelves.

Wow wow wow this home is amazing. I love it and the upstairs loft is a wonderful place for entertainment theater room/game room. If you have kids they can do a sleepover up there as well. I love the Master Suite and the tub is awesome. Not happy with the wire racks in the closets and pantry. I also love the storage space in the garage. Over all a wonderful home. What a beautiful house EXCEPT no natural light in most bathrooms or water closets. Am sure this could be sorted! Wouldn't have first bedroom as a bedroom...too close to kitchen. A library though...that would be wonderful, changing windows to doors to access the garden. My oh my, the fun I could have making this my own!! Thanks Chance, a great tour of a stunning property. The house is amazing. I could see where different folks would probably redesign parts of it but for the most part a gorgeous home for sure! For example, My wife and I would utilize that main area upstairs as our massive master suite. I would redesign the ceiling to look like the one downstairs and move that massive master bath to the one upstairs and also the porch. My wife wants a total wrap-around porch. Here in Texas, they specialize in these wrap-around porches. Things of that nature but that's what the architect is for. Amazing house.❤

I agree with you…. And no window in mstr closet…..all the moisture from showers, you’re gonna get a musty closet!

I think you are right about those locks. If they stored furs and such in that closet it should NEVER be off a humid bathroom.

(Whispers..) Dude, Chance doesn't design it ....he just tours them for us. You know, eyes and ears on the ground kinda stuff. Yes the home owners could have gotten more expensive racks, but maybe they cut cost by accepting those and putting the fundage into something they would appreciate more, in the house, like marble or granite.
I like the 2 story houses they are very cool

Beautiful home! Our daughter & SIL’s home is almost this large but is not a new build - they purchased an older home, tore it down to the studs abs rebuilt with an added 2nd floor which is their master suite. This house you toured s much more to my liking because their is mad century mod and we’re more traditional! Ha! There is MUCH to love here! But - and you’ve heard this before - away with those wire racks!!! Ha! Surprised to see them at this price point! Ha! Another thing surprising is the cement finished surfaces for porches. Our house is probably half the price of that one and all porches (3) have either brick or flagstone surfaces. Even our 20’ X 26’ patio - but we added it and were able to completely match the flagstone. The kitchen in the house you showed is a dream - absolutely love the spice drawer! The tile throughout is gorgeous! I do really like the fact that they went with hardwood in the closets! Much warmer n the tootsies in the middle of winter even in the south! Ha!
GREAT video, Chance! Give us MORE of this!!! I would have watched last Saturday but my husband had an angiogram on Friday and got home Saturday and I just wasn’t in the mood to view any house! Ha!
Love seeing the "dream" homes. We're retired and won't ever need a mansion but how fun it is to tour and you do make them fun Chance! Somewhere downstairs I thought there was a glass door knob and absolutely love those. ❤
Absolutely stunning, I agree that the wire racks are not the nicest looking but they are functional… That being said what a fantastic home, the kitchen is amazing, the setting on the hill makes it even more impressive…. Congratulations to the family who will be living there and I hope they create fabulous memories….

Hi Chance...Wow Wow Wow....my whole family 2 sons 5 grandchildren can live in this with room to spare that master bathroom was amazingly 😍 ...I would use that space in the garage for christmas 🎄 decorations....and the 3rd garage in the back for all the tools 🔧 and lawn mowers... the bedroom with the closet u walk through to the bath 🛁 is insanely gorgeous 😍....The whole house is amazing....love the kitchen ...the front porch..omg the stuff u can put out there .. Be Blessed u and your family..
This is definitely my DREAM HOME!! 😍😍 So gorgeous!! However the only thing I’m disappointed about is that the pantry isn’t bigger and would be cool if it was a hidden pantry also.
😱 By the way you missed a door in each of the two big rooms on the second floor so now I’m curious as to what was behind those doors? 🤔🤔
He also missed a door in the master water closet. It had double doors. I'm guessing it was a linen closet though.

I'm stunned that they opted for wire racks in such a fancy home. They just look cheap and they're quite ugly.
I think that a lot of custom home builders presume that the buyer will customize the closets themselves.

I figure it must be the owner's preference. There are so many high-end finishes in this home, I doubt that the builder would "cheap out" on the closet shelves.

Wow wow wow this home is amazing. I love it and the upstairs loft is a wonderful place for entertainment theater room/game room. If you have kids they can do a sleepover up there as well. I love the Master Suite and the tub is awesome. Not happy with the wire racks in the closets and pantry. I also love the storage space in the garage. Over all a wonderful home. Love the house especially less tub and shower combos which I hate I absolutely love all the showers. What a beautiful house EXCEPT no natural light in most bathrooms or water closets. Am sure this could be sorted! Wouldn't have first bedroom as a bedroom...too close to kitchen. A library though...that would be wonderful, changing windows to doors to access the garden.

I love this entire home, but the upstairs is amazing! Imagine the possibilities.
The house is amazing. I could see where different folks would probably redesign parts of it but for the most part a gorgeous home for sure! For example, My wife and I would utilize that main area upstairs as our massive master suite. I would redesign the ceiling to look like the one downstairs and move that massive master bath to the one upstairs and also the porch. My wife wants a total wrap-around porch. Here in Texas, they specialize in these wrap-around porches. Things of that nature but that's what the architect is for. Amazing house.❤

That blue on the kitchen island is a nautical blue/marine blue but some might consider it a cobalt blue too.

I wondered about that too. Anyone that can afford this house could have asked for wooden racks. Unless they’re going to change them theirselves.
