the review and use of the RCBS stuck case removal tool part # 09340. Its a very easy process and with basic home tools you can pull out that stuck case from the resizing die!!
Not a good way how to use the tap. Proper tap wrench definitely needed. Really not necessary to buy this RCBS stuff. The same service (or better - your press stay clean without metall shread) will offer you evey vise. All you nead is drill, tap (with wrench), screw, few of steel flat washer and two bigger screwdrivers. Additional "thanks" to LEE, their Loadmaster and #4s shellplate, which makes me to solve the stucked 223 in Forster die.

Careful with those taps - they can break easily. RCBS wouldn't replace mine when it broke.
