28/09 - Really great to be back at this video. I love doing upper body workout. The only thing is I feel like it always lack of back exercises ^^ 17/10 - Did this after a 10min abs, it was then more challenging than the last time, but still pretty manageable

I have so weak arms 🤧 I need strong arms for volleyball so I qm going to continue this workouts. I personally believe that pilates is the best type of activity
Maybe stretch your wrists before doing this exercise if your wrists hurt. This is a rather difficult position but the more you do it the more you will gain balance. Hope that helps :)
