Located in south central North Dakota, we grow variety crops (barley, rye, durum, wheat, oats, corn, soybeans, flaxeed) and run simmental/angus/saler mixed cattle herd. Always looking for ways to improve the operation and what I can do to improve the soil I farm. My name is Brooks, and I hope you can learn something and maybe I can learn something from you.
Keeps showering every couple days here. Frustrating trying to get at harvest. Gets almost ready then it showers or rains. Raked greenfeed this afternoon, now it’s giving me a real light shower. No baling tonight I guess. 🤷♂️👍🍻
