    Great to see someone talk about their lift AFTER they actually wheeled it !

    • @4wdAdventurz
      @4wdAdventurz  6 месяцев назад +4

      that was one of the main reasons why I made the video. Everyone talks about the lift and how terrible it is off-road yet none of them have ever owned a vehicle with this lift, and taken it off-road.

    I've had the RC 6" lift on my 06 Taco since 2018 on 35's and have been hitting the same trails in Croom, Citrus etc for a while now with FTS with no issues whatsoever. I did do some reinforcements to make it better and more solid.

    Thanks for making the video man. I put on a RC 3" lift on my 2006 Tacoma couple months ago, and I put on a 2.5" lift on my wife's 2010 Xterra (almost 2.5 years on that lift). Off roaded our Xterra through some good trails a few times for some camping trips, and no issues. Only thing would be the stock UCAs making contact with the coil bucket (I'll be replacing those in the future when I can pull together the money).
    Point is, annoyed of hearing guys in the forums of Tacoma, and Frontier/Xterra talk so much smack on the RC lifts. I understand, they aren't meant for jumping your truck, but who wants to do that? Lol. RC lifts are good for both not breaking the bank, and enjoying your lift. I agree with what you said, just be smart, and tighten your nuts & bolts on services, and you'll be fine. But hey, to each is to their own.

    I got bigger tires and never rubbed. Once I bought new wheels with some negative offset, it runned like crazy! Didn’t even go half locked.
    Installer said the -12 did it.
