Please suggest me which toothbrush is better for as i have very sensitive gums n teths between them
IO3, PRO3 ,smart 7
They are all very similar. The IO3 has the edge in that is can feel a little more gentle on the teeth and gums. Be aware the cost of iO brush heads are 2x that of those for non-iO models.
What’s the best recommendation for those of us who don’t need instructions for how to brush and just want the best deep cleaning !!!

What happened? Can it be repaired under warranty?
@@ElectricTeeth huge charging/charge retention issues and now the screen has stopped working. It’s the second time it’s happened and the warranty has now expired. If I didn’t have a small stockpile of (expensive) iO heads I’d be looking at something else

Same, it is a very common problem with the iOs. I have to reset it almost daily.
I had the same issue with my iO8. Luckily it happened after less than 1 year and it was still under warranty. I sent it to support for repair and they eventually sent me a new iO9 as a free upgrade. After 14 months of use, the iO9 developed the same problem and completely stopped charging!
At this point, I was outside the warranty window, so I decided to open it to understand the issue better. I discovered that all iO have a design flaw where the battery is not properly insulated, causing water to leak onto it. Very disappointing considering how much it costs....
