We weren’t aware and had looked for public domain art and had used Julius Von Klever art for the EP last year as well. A lesson to us to better research these things ahead of time. Don’t need this being another Abigor Quintessence kind of situation. We’ll replace the art in the next day or so. Apologies to Aquilus for our mistake and poor research.

Yes that is why it was so familiar to me. The painting is also called "Erlkönig" and is painted by Julius Sergius von Klever and displays the poem.
