Some suggestions on the build process from previous past failures on my projects..
1:- the grab handle should have been made as one piece and fed all the way through, this would eliminate possible flexing and leaking later and would also be much stronger.
2:-Should have had a simple dead man switch or lanyard style kill switch in case you lost grip on the unit.
But keep making and learning, you are doing so much more than most of us who are just watching your videos.

The person who makes this channel, apparently is an artist, but not an engineer, apparently does everything without calculating anything, it was clearly seen that the power of those motors and the design of that configuration would not have enough power to generate the enough thrust to be able to move at a decent speed underwater, aerodynamics and hydrodynamics is not something to be taken lightly, it all starts from paper.

    - You completely forgot about the aerodynamics. Try this with soft corners like a submarine shape. Symmetry is also important.
    - Controllers can be redesigned as a weapon trigger.
    - How about splitting it in two and holding each with one hand?

I’m assuming water leaked in and shorted the motors. It didn’t look very water proof. The lid looked like it leaked. I would suggest doing this with a large foam board to increase buoyancy. I made something similar with a body board. I put the motors in waterproof bags and batteries/speed controllers high on the boat in a waterproof box. I had trigger controllers on the top of the board where I usually hold while body boarding. It helped a lot to catch waves or pull myself into shore when I’m tired. Try this again on a big foam board you can lay on and it will work better.

Well think ya need better pump cus they cudnt move a fly try brushless next ... It shows why the designed ones cost lots lol maybe try using jet wash internals or a few decent submersible pumps and cud incorporate steering of some sort

build another one and join it together using pipe and set in the middle i think it will give you enough thrust to move

Doesn't look like it worked out for you. Don't really see it pulling you along, but do see you having to kick like nobody's business. It was an impressive build but Looks like the end result wasn't what you were hoping for.
