I watched it twice and you skipped a critical step. You went from creating the depth map to..."ok here is our shot" showing the composite. What did you do to enable it?
I know, it is not supposed to be viewed frame by frame, but nonetheless, if we do, it doesn't look great at all. And I believe if you just used magic mask to track the runner, the result would've been much better. Here is an idea for the sequel😅
I guess this is really just a repetition of what I said in the video. It can be better, and if this was a Netflix movie I would have been more of a perfectionist on this. That being said, I want to emphasize that I don't know anyone watching movies, shows or RUclips videos frame by frame. There are a lot of things that won't look good frame by frame, this being one of them.
