Best DaVinci Resolve tutorials i have ever seen, including quite some costly ones. Darran, you are quick, clear, well prepared and extremely skilled. I like how i learn about tools and skills that are not even the main topic of a specific tutorial - and this in a very short amount of time per video. Watching a tutorial in 1.0x speed doesn't happen that often to me anymore ;P. Awesome work!

Can't help but notice you have the "old" round Resolve logo, not the new (more Instagram) rectangular. Haven't heard a word about the change from anyone! Seriously world class tutorials, and as a self-taught production/post semi-pro, I really respect people who deliver vetted professional methods with respect for time! Started with DaVinci 14, but just a huge upgrade on my fundamentals. Thanks for passing on so much usable insight...

The clips attributes video frame rate function is meant to fix malform clip metadata and force a framerate when Resolve does not import the clip correctly. I always worry about doing slow motion this way as I am afraid of when processing happens chain with effect nodes ...like artifacting when adding optical flow. This was always happening in Premiere Pro when using the interpret clip function.
