    I’m mostly carnivore and have healed eczema, lichen sclerosis, onychomycosis of toenails and feet, thick cracking calluses on feet gone. Hemoglobin A1c into the upper range of normal, low triglycerides in the 50s. I’m postmenopausal and just have 20
    Pounds to lose which would probably come off if I quit the evening glass of milk and occasional cheat. I praise God for meat and all its healing benefits. It is he who heals our diseases. I hope more Christians can find this way of life and have improved health.

      That's great! When you say mostly carnivore what do you include outside of animal product?
