My brother took guitar lessons during high school and he would always play Wildwood Flower.. I can still see him sitting there practicing on his red Rickenbacher in the front parlor.
I love they way that when Anita starts singing Helen immediately has to hold back chuckling. Then June laughs just watching and listening to her sing. Find it hilarious that they both find it so funny that Anita is really that good, it’s like they can’t believe what they’re hearing lol

Marvelous to see them together. Love that they are all dressed alike; not done today, is it? Definitely a throwback to different times. This one I think is quite planned, but June would often just stop singing, when she didn't quite feel like it. The reasons they often put her to sing the lead was because firstly that way she had to sing, and secondly she wasn't as good at harmonising as her sisters.
@@yllepluff I've read that their daddy A. P. was that way too, where he would wander in and out of songs. Every family has their own quirks but the Carters' all translated into beautiful music that much of is nearing 100 years old and still as wonderful as then.
