Nice video, sometimes I had a little bit of shoulder pain when I throw my deep balls. My shoulder only hurted a few times during my throws, and this video helped me not get any more shoulder pain. Thxs bro.

I always get tendinitis when I practice a lot. I’m a QB. Currently it hurts and I’m about to start spring training. Will hat help get rid of the pain I got right now?

Whenever I throw my throwing motion looks super weird like my elbow goes straight up sometimes the ball goes straight tword the ground or over the target I can’t throw far like I used to be able to and can’t throw bullet passes at all
Remember the whole point of your throwing motion is to accelerate the ball in the direction you are trying to throw it. Like acceleration your arm/hand. Every move in your throwing motion should help u accomplish this. Hope this helps 🙏
U gotta stretch it & build that stability there. It could also be a result of a tight lat, because your bicep connects to your lat. Try dead hangs & bicep stretches
@@dimes.aight mate, I’ll try some. I do deadhangs already but u got any good lat stretches. Also, it would make a good video to show off all the different stretches to do for football.
+1 for dead hangs. The exercise that almost single handedly removed my arm pain. Excellent video.

Could just be overuse, it happens to everyone at some point. I’d suggest resting & trying dead hangs for a while & easing back into throwing 🙏
