@@heha3525NFL players have to have major talent. Idk how old he is or if he has any awareness. NFL QBs also have to have good awareness, IQ, good legs, strength, etc. He definitely has the arm, but idk about the other stuff because he doesn't show videos against a pass rush etc.

Great vid, I think the most important thing is Rhythm because everyone is going to have slightly different mechanics but once you get in a rhythm it’s hard to be stopped.

No lie....i brought a football to work and i completely forgot how to throw a spiral. I work in a warehouse and my bosses and some of my coworkers and i now toss the skin during our breaks. This video helped me toss spirals again!! Still some side spirals but I'm trying!

Grew up playing golf so never learned a good spiral. This is super helpful so I can finally not suck at fowling 👍
Golf swing is a lot like throwing a football from a leverage/elemental standpoint 💯
We found that placing the forefinger of the hand as close to the rear point of the ball always helps to keep the nose of the ball forward and toward the target. At 02:37, see where Rodgers placed the forefinger.
True, but I also think it just depends on how all of the variables line up. Different release angles, wrist positions, & timing all can impact what the most optimal grip is for any individual qb, but index finger towards the point is typically great advice 👍

Grip strength advice, AND how to gain more power (arm strength) for heavy over the top throwers. PLEASE!!
I've been doing boxing workouts for my wrist/grip strength & it has been helping me a lot. I recommend searching up hand/wrist movements to do using a bucket full of rice as the resistance 🙌
I find for me the main times I don’t get a spiral is because the ball comes off my fingers bad, usually due to bad grip. A good way to get a good spiral is play with wet or cold hands which forces you to pay close attention to your grip and how the ball is leaving your hand.
I got a hurt wrist right now but once it’s better I’ll get that spiral down

Dude what advice do you have for guys with small hands?
So I used to keep m fingers all pretty close together. Ring finger in the first lace and pinky on the third.
My passes are accurate but always have a slight twist in the back end. So watching the nfl guys they almost all have their finger spread apart far. Finger nearly on the tip of the ball. This was very different from my grip. But trying it I sort of got used to it briefly and my passes appeared prettier. Now out of the blue I’m throwing terrible balls. Like I’ve nearly got a mental block or something happening. Throwing lots of ducks now.
Start from the top & work your way down the list of spiral priorities. Always remember the key point - keeping it in the same position as u release & add spin to it. Make sure the top variables that allow this to happen are consistent (hand accelerating thru release, wrist locked, light grip, smooth release). It may take some time, but eventually it will come back together 🤝

If u are serious & u really want to do the things u want to do, NOTHING should hold u back or make u quit. Spend the time, energy, & attention to fully understand what you are trying top accomplish. I just posted a new vid today, check it out (I think it will help u a lot) 🙏

I did ask Wilson ball Rep at the Collage Park & asked about the Wilson Ignition & the the Wilson ball Rep told that the Ignition balls will be White & Used for all Flag football games . What should I do if my hands are too small to leave a pocket in between the ball and my hand
Just focus on the wrist extension, and if you can’t dont worry, it should develop over time. or use a smaller ball
It shouldn’t be a big pocket & the pocket is created from using your fingers

More nonsense terms from football throwing "experts": (1) Effortless. Better said as less wasted effort. (2) Perfect spiral. Thanks to gravity and air-friction all spirals feature precession and nutation physical effects connected to angular momentum and torgue that football throwing "gurus" know nothing about. Better said as a tighter spiral. Watch where you step it might be in some guru.
