- Can't stand it whenever I go for weeks with nothing to upload, so here's the dramatic showdown with the Black Knight at the end of Chapter 27, which the game hypes up for the entire quest. Kinda reminds me of how Grey Fox was handled in Metal Gear 2...he's hyped up to be an unbeatable badass, but at least on the normal difficulty, he goes down after a while so long as Ike's got Aether.

Fam you got lucky with those Aether procs, While I couldn't get one to proc and Nasir had to die for it
I honestly wish that Ike had better caps, then he might've been able to at least double the Black Knight, like in Radiant Dawn. But then again, RD Ike VS RD BK was practically 0 difficulty because Ike's Str and Spd combined just raped BK.
I just beat the Black Knight in two turns on the hardest difficulty. (= Aether FTW. XD
Were you playing on the hardest difficulty? Anyway, the AI for the grunts was so inept, they always THREW themselves onto Ike's sword, granting an assload of level-ups. See my FE review for examples.
