    Thank you for putting timestamps in your video as I am only interested in the gaming side of this monitor and nothing else. Gaming is really important to me. It's 95% of everything I do with the monitor. And it looks amazing, though, of course I am only looking at it through my crappy old monitor! But, I am grateful for the video so thank you for making it.

      Thanks for saying that! We love timestamps ourselves as we understand some people only want certain things out of our videos!!

      How is the monitor working for you? I am considering this using a MacBook. Maybe a 27” text clarity, productivity?

    • @gabeh7373
      @gabeh7373 Год назад

      The monitor's been great! No issues the size of the screen with the 4K resolution has been a nice feature and the anti-reflective screen definitely helps cut down on glare definitely worth the price of my opinion 👍

    Good review, you forgot to said its also avaliable on 27", it'd be great if you show how Visual Studio or VS Code look like there, or photoshop.

    Great video 👌 Epic Channel 😃 Congratulations. I really need your opinion: I'm interested in buying the BenQ PD2705U monitor, what do you think about this model, would it be a good buy? My fear and doubt is that it has 250 nits. Based on your experience, do you think 250 nits is enough? I'm going to use this monitor for web design, programming, and also for watching movies and shows. My office has a window that I usually leave open. The window is 4 meters away from the monitor. What is your opinion? Thanks in Advence

    • @tvchef
      @tvchef  2 дня назад

      hmmm that is a super valid concern. I wanna say it would be worthwhile to at least try (and return if not bright enough with your window).
      Just make sure you buy it from Amazon or somewhere with free returns if needed. It is a great monitor and I would hate to tell you know when it may work just fine in your room!

    Also I just watched your Review of the BenQ EW2880U and got me wondering which one of the two has a Better Picture Quality?
    Regards

    • @tvchef
      @tvchef  7 месяцев назад

      BenQ EW2880U because it is a great monitor and a couple hundred $$$ cheaper. If you need certain colors, need larger screen, using Mac, want USB C 65W then that is when you should go for the BenQ PD3205U

    is this text sharp like apple display?

    Does it has IPS Glow? Backlight Bleed? I'll buy it to watch the movie. would you suggest? Thanks for review.

    • @tvchef
      @tvchef  Год назад +1

      We now address this on all future reviews to the channel. No IPS Glow and if I recall correctly maybe a smidge of bleed on the sides if its a pitch black screen in a dark room... even then I don't remember anything substantial!!!

    Nice review, I need a new monitor and this one looks great, my main goal is for a workstation with a macBook Pro (with only one cable) and a playstation 5 which seems great from your video, besides the arm do you know if there's any difference between PD3205U and PD3205UA?

    • @tvchef

      Thanks for the comment. I don't notice any difference besides the arm so maybe that is why its model number ends in A? lol

      @tvchef  Год назад +1

      Thanks for the comment! Be sure to sub if you have not already! I personally have not used the LG yet but very similar monitor with the LG being a couple bucks cheaper... BenQ would have more features like KVM switch which might not be needed/desired for most people! BenQ might also have a slight advantage in color representation but I would need to do more research!

    Speakers on this thing are terrible. It's the only negative Im really finding. Bought this screen to solve the M1/M2 chip fuzzy text issue. Size is perfect and the stand is solid

      BenQ also pairs so nicely with mac imo so good call! Yeah these have very typical monitor speakers so not surprised. I always say I'd rather have them and not need them, then need them and not have them!

      @@tvchef yeah on some reviews. But looks like that the case with every 4k monitor out there because of the way Mac does scaling. I think it should be fine. Let me know if you get some chance to test it for yourself.

      It is 250nits so could be a deal breaker for you?

    • @AjayDhatrak
      @AjayDhatrak 9 месяцев назад +2

      Yes. Most of the monitors these days have at least 300nits (even my 11 years old Acer). I held myself back from purchasing this monitor just for this reason. They have launched PD2706U with 350nits, which seems to be a realisation on their part that 250nits is low. Unfortunately, 32" in similar specs hasn't been launched yet.
