And then the actual punchline sees him exempt himself on a minor technicality.
i think that’s a good embodiment of scott’s comedy, a lot of his bits are in familiar formats but he always elevates them above the basic version of that format

I originally thought "Break in" didn't work as well as breakout, but I'll admit...it's growing on me. It works pretty well here and in Day one releases.
Ever played Mario Hoops 3-On-3? That game is INSANE! The character roster is perhaps one of the best out of any Mario spinoff! The music was composed by the same guy that made a lot of Final Fantasy music and it sounds sublime! There were 16 different levels, each with unique gameplay twists, which was impressive considering it was standard for Mario Kart at the time to only feature 16 tracks, which are shorter to play than the courts here. The gameplay was very unique and well-implemented in my opinion! Finally, the graphics are simply outstanding! Like, Mario and company haven't looked better on DS! No kidding! My biggest problem is that it was a DS game and so multiplayer is basically out of the question. Sure, there's download play, but good luck quickly explaining this game to a friend.

14:47 Mario Sports Superstars took the same UI from World Tour but replaced the traditional Mario font with the very basic font seen in every spinoff game since and I think that should have been a red flag about how the gameplay and visuals of future Mario spinoff titles were going to turn out.
The one best thing about this game is that baseball came back, I loved the Mario Baseball games. I really do miss the hub worlds and RPG elements from Mario Tennis Power Tour and Mario Golf for GBA and I hope they decide to bring that back in future releases

I originally thought "Break in" didn't work as well as breakout, but I'll admit...it's growing on me. It works pretty well here and in Day one releases.
Ever played Mario Hoops 3-On-3? That game is INSANE! The character roster is perhaps one of the best out of any Mario spinoff! The music was composed by the same guy that made a lot of Final Fantasy music and it sounds sublime! There were 16 different levels, each with unique gameplay twists, which was impressive considering it was standard for Mario Kart at the time to only feature 16 tracks, which are shorter to play than the courts here. The gameplay was very unique and well-implemented in my opinion! Finally, the graphics are simply outstanding! Like, Mario and company haven't looked better on DS! No kidding! My biggest problem is that it was a DS game and so multiplayer is basically out of the question. Sure, there's download play, but good luck quickly explaining this game to a friend.

The one best thing about this game is that baseball came back, I loved the Mario Baseball games. I really do miss the hub worlds and RPG elements from Mario Tennis Power Tour and Mario Golf for GBA and I hope they decide to bring that back in future releases
