Its very suspicious that in this incident they were wearing body cams but in the Breonna Taylor case no one was wearing body cams. But they can release footage of the aftermath but not the shooting. The police is clearly negligent in this case and Breonna case...
Which set off the smoke alarm. So you can’t see or hear, and have guns pointed in your face, but are expected to comply. The son almost broke his damn neck coming down the stairs.
@The Four Horsemen depends on who you ask. I swear there are people that say this is justified, even if it was only for weed, EVEN if they had no weed. I cant imagine how anyone would think that but they do...
This specific issue is larger than just the police involved. Anyone who signed off and authorized this raid should have to answer questions from the public. Why would this type of raid ever be necessary? Same thing with the Breonna Taylor case. My understanding is that a judge signed off on the warrant because there was some suspected drug dealing on the property... So you have some vague evidence of some possible drug activity and your answer is to violently raid the person's home. Interestingggggg. We need action on a national level against no knock warrants and forced entry tactics.
drug dealing that was very specific about it being weed!!!! many people think that these raids and theres evidence about gentrifying these neighborhoods. basically running and terrorizing people out of these neighborhoods. these are just the big steps but you can harass through traffic stops and fines and so much to basically bankrupt people.
The DA like using no-knock raids because more of the evidence is admissible in court. The cops like it because it's an adrenaline rush and makes them heroes in their own minds. They're only supposed to do it when they have a specific reason to believe evidence would be destroyed or there would be organized resistance. But this was a sham. They stood there on the porch in two groups, easy targets, and anyone upstairs had plenty of time to destroy evidence.
Mike Malveaux You blame the police instead of the laws that are put in place that they have to enforce. If they don’t enforce them they get pushed out and someone else will come in enforce those laws. The problem is the leadership we have on both sides not willing to pass better laws and get rid of useless old laws. They don’t want to legalize marijuana nationwide because it to profitable. Police can’t change laws on law makers can and it seems we blame the police instead of the law makers.
They have Kevlar because that's what stops bullets and knifes, They Have shields for the same reason. Its always better to be more prepared than Under Prepped for any situation. I feel bad for the people who get this because it is a scary moment when a full on SWAT Team rolls up, But theres no way the police are going to know whats going on in the house.
@@pavloss3119 The money is better spent elsewhere. If a doctor is negligent, or a judge, they are removed and can be prosecuted, not put on paid leave. I swear there are people that say this is justified, even if it was only for weed, EVEN if they had no weed.
I cant imagine how anyone would think that but they do...
Facts
This type of raid would only be justified against people know to be armed and dangerous. A hardcore gang member for example.
Exactly. The judge

There is a difference between someone who is active refusing to follow cops orders after or while committing a crime or offense and this. I agree this is a horrible situation that never should have happened. They did comply with the cops orders and all ended up not being hurt because of it so I’m not really sure what your point is. The house was damaged and I’m sure it was emotional for them but everyone is alive.
Armando Andrés - I can’t take you seriously with all the soy all over your face LOL
When something like this happens the families need to be HEAVILY compensated. Mistakes happen but they should compensate them heavily and make a public apology at the very least. This is awful.
“You don’t have nothing that’s going to hurt me?” Aren’t we supposed to be protected by them?!
Also the fact that he is saying that to a 14 year old girl terrified that someone broke into the house
So asking someone if they have any weapons on them is wrong?
ya boi that’s not what I’m saying at all.
@@ayres670 You knew what they meant.
@@ayres670 You're completely missing the point of her comment. Of course the police have to constantly be on high alert and suspicious of all people they interact with in case the person or persons they are interacting with are a criminal intent on hurting them any way they can. To them, the second they let their guard down is when they are vulnerable to attack - even to a fourteen year old girl who just got her house broken into by them. The officer is showing that the safety priority is with himself first and foremost always - and the person they are supposed to protect, second.
It’s crazy how one states cash crop is another states way of turning its citizens into cash crops for the state.
This is extremely traumatic for anyone but especially for these kids. I feel very sorry for them. I hope this family gets the help they need.
this is inhumane
what kind of society would allow this
America
Yelling “Police search warrent” doesnt do any fking thing.
When the 14 year old girl (same age as me) was brought over by the officer so he could check if she had ‘anything that could hurt [hin]’, come on! The officer is in full-ish gear and she’s in a tshirt and shorts!
it's just procedure to check everyone you misguided sheep
@@polar6810 lol yea procedure literally describing being a sheep to a shepherd follower
disturbing. traumatizing. sick. a grown man, VISIBLY ARMED, asking a 14 year old if SHE had anything that’s going to hurt him? this is wrong. so fucking wrong.
Meanwhile, there’s some guy on a yacht chilling enjoying his life off of “legal weed money”.
Pretty excessive over a bad tip regarding weed.
I could try and justify this if they said cocaine, meth, or heroin. But weed really.
Now this family has to live through this trauma, and I bet the police didn’t pay the family for the damages.
No justifying this...IDC what drug it is...you still should have a brain and a plan of strategy
That kid is traumatized for I hope not for his life...
He will be and I hope he's out there rioting
@@KiwiSpartan1 why would you hope he's rioting? I can understand going to protest but rioting is a big no no. Rioting doesn't send a good message
@@ayres670 True. Protest but don't riot.
@@ayres670 look at how far protesting has gotten so far ...
Ideals are peaceful
History is violent
Crazy part is I’m 99% sure if you read far enough down in the comments you’ll find someone justifying these officer’s actions.
That's what im looking for...i know they here
Scary as it sounds probably like 50% of America would justify this, so certainly...
lol I’m looking for them
They were carrying out a warrant what do you expect them to do knock politely and ask if they are selling drugs. I swear all you guys are soft af
nb19 or maybe...just maybe... cops should get all their facts straight before potentially killing someone in a family just because they got a false tip. If i called the cops to your house and they just barge in with no evidence, how happy would you be?
lol, Every one of these Chud Cops have "Dont Tread on Me" on the back of their truck
The gadsen flag has been ruined by the GOP
I bet they got a punisher logo in their FB profile
What’s wrong with that? I’m not law enforcement and I have it on my compact car. Lot’s of people have it. Stop stereotyping
@@jamuelruiz are you asking me whats wrong with subscribing to a principle that the government should not have the ability to intrude on your freedom while simultaneously being part of assault teams who frequently kick in doors of innocent people and children and recklessly throw explosives into American homes? Is that the question?
J because the gadsen flag is about anti tyranny and anti oppression. It’s ironic when the people who enforce unconstitutional laws as well as throw flash bangs and point guns into the wrong house use the “symbol of anti tyranny” when if anything they are the ones that would be called “torries” or “redcoats” 250 years ago
Can we just end this meaningless war on drugs?
Can't do that, otherwise the drugs will stop winning
How absolutely terrifying for that family. There's got to be a better way of combating drugs than terrorizing and killing innocent people.
There is a better way, they are treating these people like they are El Chapo. Arrest them at work, or make a traffic stop. That is better than barging into a house.
That boy crying like that broke my heart! You didn't deserve that and I hope you get justice!!
Man, I'm a grown man and I cried all the way through this video!
What is the US coming to where pigs are not allowed to treat innocent people and minor children like this with absolutely no consequences?
I feel so bad for those kids. Anxiety is crippling
So the thought of plants being grown in a house warrants this? Foh
Also being bl*ck makes police be more britial
INSECT BITE *-* agreed!
@@SpeakezTv I have a video on my channel of a police officer arresting a bl*ck persion.
Even if they were growing or selling weed (which they weren’t) wasn’t this a little much? This just makes me sick
That young man's tear broke my hear. I wanted to cry with him. I think of what it it was my son. That family is traumatized. Smh💔💔
Oh my god, not the marijuana. Lol. Jesus Christ.
Don’t say God’s name in vain!
This was all over marijuana? Wow..
Do you know who Jesus Christ is?
You should read about Him, He is very wise and you can learn a lot from listening to Him.
Of Marijuana He sent a man to tell us all, “"For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,"

then i suppose what you say applies to crystal meth and heroin huh?
Sol Rhopalocera oh yeah, because you can totally grow meth and heroin (yes I know it’s from the poppy, but it doesn’t naturally become heroin.) Also, comparing weed to meth and heroin is pretty fucking stupid.
Imagine you are a law abiding citizen minding your own business, being treated this way?
The true face of terror begins to show. How many other lives have these people destroyed?
If only they gathered enough information, instead of accusing and assuming
Gathered enough information? Even if the family was runnung an entire grow house that police response was rediculous. All that for weed??? Like are you serious?
This has gotten less press than it deserves. It’s horrifying. I hope this family has an attorney.
Lol America is a police state, change my mind
Might have went a little smoother if they knocked on the door first
I 100% agree with you.
That said what if this was a crack house where dealers lived? If the police came in knocking first, it would give the inhabitants the initiative.
I dont know if there's a correct way to raid a house.
You can't justify this in order to catch drug dealers. WTF
America is so divided. There is half of America that thinks this ok.
The correct way is to do a raid after getting insurmountable evidence. Not whispers of possible drug activity in a residential house, and the complaints were against the previous tenants. They couldn't even check if the tenants had changed?
It does go smoother when they knock the LA country sheriff at my house knocked searched then left banging down doors throwing flashbangs creates unnecessary chaos
These police teams carry equipment fit enough to tackle a terrorist, but to deal with a weed growing in someguy's garden. This is totally not appropriate.
Sue, Sue, they need to sue. It an requirement at this point.
Just watching this got my heart pounding like out of my chest and feeling horrified in my seat. I can't imagine how terrible it must have been for the family who actually had to deal with the situation. 🥺
Don't these cops feel any shame or remorse when they realize they just broke into an innocent family's home??? Or are they complete psychopaths?
I literally started tearing up because this is insane!! These cops have to much power and very little accountability.
Gotta admit. Vice is on top of their game. I thoroughly enjoy your informative shows...

"My neighbors think im selling dope"
When the father looked away at 3:14 to stop from crying, I could relate and it breaks my heart! How can you protect your kid?
That is disgusting. They barged in like they were going after Bin Ladden. They shouldn't do that.
Over some damn weed
My heart breaks for this family. There is no justification for the police doing this and they should be held accountable!
