Tested many of them including Razer Blackshark V2 Pro - Arctis Nova Pro - Corsair HS55 and you know what ? I sent back all of them and I keep coming back to my good old Logitech G535 which offers (for me) undisputed comfort for long gaming sessions. At around 90$ it's the best price / performance ratio you can get. Don't fall for headset companies, 80% of them are scamming you with pompous softwares and obnoxious price points.
what about g733? seems to me like upgrade to 535, i dont care that much about microphone, or super quality sound, i really need best comfort for 4-8 hours sessions

L and R speaker volume mismatch, L speaker is a bit quiter that the R speaker. Right speaker started doing noise, like glue that holds speaker in place is not holding it properly anymore.
@@Nick0nHeadband on Maxwells is absolute $h1t also, how did they even created headphones with such bad headband. There is also a problem with it, when its in position for small heads, with time it just breaks the glue that holds metal plate on them in place, and you can't use them anymore.

Top 3 should be ( not in order ) Vzr Model One, Audeze Maxwell, AceZone. VZR and acezone for footsteps, maxwell for everything, including music, gaming/footsteps etc. Maxwell's aren't as great as the other two for footstep audio, but it is still far above average and would be my first pick for both music and gaming. This would be easily my top 3 for Competitive/Casual gaming and music.

Seen people saying the dt 990 pro are better than gaming headsets so was going to swap my nova pros for them but they seem to have mixed reviews now with some saying the hd560s are better. I find the nova pros can get uncomfortable with the plastic inside them and sometimes struggle to hear footsteps in games would you recommend the dt990 pro or hd560s or do you have any tips on making the nova pro better for footsteps?

I have the Astro a50 gen 4 on pc and they sound like absolute dogshit I’m losing sleep trying to figure out why… should I keep them and get a DAC? Do they sound good to other people? I am still using my turtle beach stealth 700 gen 1 ps4 headset 😅 I should probably upgrade soon since the leather earcups are starting to fall apart. I've been using them for nearly 6 years and they still work like new
Anyone considering Steelseries, I got the most expensive one few years ago "wireless", and although its quality of sound is on point, it disconnects fully from the pc every now and then, the only way to connect it back is restarting the whole pc "full asus rog build" .. imagine having to go through this bs while you've paid all this money for this garbage .. im here to find a new headset just because of this shit, so there you go, you're welcome.

@@mew1534 def something worth trying. I just tried the razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 vs the Beyerdynamics mmx200. Razer was more comfortable, same sound quality imo and after talking to friends and family, neither could detect a difference between microphones ( I could and think the Mmx200 has the better mic) and if they could, it was negligible enough to not know the difference for 99% of people.
I've listened to nearly all of these and could not disagree with you more. Maybe actually spend some time with each one before just phishing for clicks.
