The Best Exercises For Every Muscle ft. Jeff Nippard
Banger video bro, thanks for having me on!!
be honest how tall are you?
Thanks Jeff, you gave me 2 new exercise variants to try
Thanks for collabing with Will! Was a great video!
Best colab ever!
Because of you, my passion and growth in/for the gym is always expanding
Never seen Will so well behaved.
That’s because Will entered into what’s called the “Nippard zone” anyone in close proximity to nippard will might experience nausea, vomiting, weakness, or on the flip side, one will experience positive benefits like improved mood or a 10% increase in muscle hypertrophy
lol you know he wanted to say something about the biggest muscle
It's the compounding Canadian Gentlemen energy
Exactly what I was thinking. Not a single sexual joke to be seen
@@fancyhjm how about you show me ur nippards
Jeff is about 5'5 and not even 200 lbs, still his squat PR is 501 which is just 6 lbs less than Will's best. Man is a BEAST.
His BW is 160 lbs
That's the same as me, i look much skinnier even tho I'm only 3 inches taller @@osmanhadzalic9060
Jeff's lifts are going to be easier as his limbs are shorter. Work = force x distance so Will, who's taller, has more work to do in the same lift.
@@danielwheaton4630 True, but, how come every strong man is at least 6'2/190cm
@@lecantanhede397mass moves mass. Those guys are all 300++ pounds. If they could carry the same muscle mass on a 5’5 frame they would no doubt move more weight. Pros and cons to different heights not saying one is better or worse, they both have their strengths.

I love how the thumbnail highlighted abs but there were no fucking ab exercises in this video
abs?
@@priyanshunaik2377 there is none in the video
what's the logic behind no calves no abs?
You can tell Jeff loves coaching and talking about studies. He seems so happy being able to nerd out about this with Will. Wholesome bros.

"the biggest muscle in the body is... the quads"
*will smirks*
It is quads
@@moneymaker-ju1mq no it's your butt
@moneymaker-ju1mq Glutes is the biggest muscle in the body dawg, but in Legs it's the Quad.
Beginners first day teaching lol quads are much bigger
@moneymaker-ju1mq if you don't believe go search it up, and I Major Physical Fitness of course I know it
To be exact the Muscle is called Gluteus Maximus which is the biggest muscle in human body
Dude jeff is so like remarkably smart and good at explaining. Not many people really innovate, educate, and expand upon already existing movements in the fitness community in the way he does.
For sure. Will (and us) definitely learned a ton from their session

I wish I had the chest supported row machine at my gym. I just do bent over barbell row's, which are nice, instead. But I only lower barbell to knee height, and only angle my back 50-60 degree's, so long as the muscle belly is being stretched and has tension. Lights up your whole back.
@@crownofglory1264do it on the incline bench (chest bench), with dumbbells. It takes some getting used to but it's a decent alternative.
Jeff always explains SOOOO well. Like he breaks it down incredibly simply for anyone to understand
100%. It's so awesome to see someone with a good mind for science present the literature in such an accessible way.
Love me some Jeff!
This is the colab we all have been waiting for ❤
Right!!
LIterally!!
Absolutely!
it truly is
Just needs Omar on it now too to make it the holy trifecta
Jeff is genuinely such a smart guy. Takes his craft super seriously. Loved this collab
Oh my god! How happy Will was when he got the 'potential for overload' right is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time.
The mutual respect for each other is so refreshing.
"Is it the height" Damn Will, call someone short without calling them short.
To be fair the way Jeff phrased that question that was my first guess as well hahah
i mean hes 164 (5,5) lol. Dudes getting mass from just being small
@@Gunsforbuns excuses
It's funny because it's true
When did he say that?
that buzz throughout the video, had to pause video to check if its in my room or not xD
I have tinnitus and was wilding the whole time
Best of both worlds @@misterscorpius1446
Same hahah paused it twice
I think it's the lights in the room, the might be able to get rid of the sound if the increased the noise gate
Same here
I’ve been waiting for this collab FOREVER I love you both
Thanks for the science behind all of these lifts. You two deserve all of your success! Much Appreciated!
Quads: Smith squat
Hamstrings: Seated leg curl
Chest: Incline bench, seated cable fly
Lats, Traps: Chest supported row, Lat pulldown
Lateral Delts: Cable lateral raise, reverse pec fly (turned sideways)
Biceps: Basian cable curl
Triceps: Overhead cable triceps extension, cable kickbacks
Thanks!
There are almost exactly my bread and butter lifts, besides a pendulum squat instead of a smith machine.
It's actual medial part of the delt
He really hates free weights
Spoiler alert dude
Jeff adds a certain seriousness to will’s videos that I haven’t seen before lol

Need more collabs from you guys, you two are my favorite fitness creators by far, this i one of my favorite videos from you both!
I discovered your channel from this video and now I spend the whole day binging your videos. No regrets. You are amazing! Keep up the good work!
Just so your editor knows, you can use Audacity to select an area of the audio where only that buzz noise is playing, then use the Noise Reduction function and it'll remove that sound entirely from the audio. Hope that helps!
Haha yeah, wills editor is good at transitions but lacks a lot of basic stuff
with a better editor he could bring up his views by 500k prob. thumbnails are great but actual video format seems hazy.
Every video software has a built in denoiser
Yeah the buzzing was really annoying
Yeah or izotope rx can work as a vst. That said fluorescent light is 120hz and should be easy to isolate.

This is pure value. Thank you both!
Been waiting for this collab and you guys delivered. Hopefully we can see more of this content!
Two legendary Canadians 🇨🇦
Will/Jeff best exercises (So I can reference at the gym lol)
Reps should take about 2-8 seconds
- Quads and Glutes
- Smith Machine Squats (6-8 reps)
- Long length partials: 1/2 reps (from bottom)
- Hamstrings
- Seated Hamstring Curl (6-10)
- lean forward (as long as you dont feel awkward
- Pecs major
- Incline Bench (6-10 reps at ~45 degree)
- Free weights > Smith
- Seated Super Stretch Cable Flys (12-15 reps)
- take at least one set to failure
- Back
- Chest Supported Row (10-12 reps)
- wide grip?
- Pull down (8-12)
- Narrow grip?
- Targeting traps: lean back
- Targeting Lats: almost pull your elbows downward/to your pockets
- Deltoids
- Cable Lateral Raises (10-12 per side)
- pro tip: raise the height of the load to make a 90 degree angle from cable to shoulder for better stretch
- Reverse Pec Deck (12-15 reps per side)
- Pro tip: Sit sideways to do one at a time to get better stretch (arm will cross body)
- Biceps
- Basian Cable curls (10-12 reps)
- raise cable up higher for better stretch in biceps
- Triceps
- Overhead Cable Tricep Extension (10-12 reps)
- Cable Kickback
- pro tip: Get close to the machine and lean back from standing position
- “No Calves No Abs” - lol
Reps should be 2 seconds. 8 seconds is the same result but wasting more time.
@@HoboGaming id shoot for 4, 2-8 range is optimal so may as well be comfortably in it

This video is so good man, like honestly some of yours and Jeff’s best work. Thank you!
This video is a gold mine. Thank you Jeff and Will. Teaching us so many nuances for free.
The two best fitness RUclipsrs at making RUclips videos, fs. Their editing has always been above everyone else, despite one focusing on education and the other on entertainment. Loved this collab👍
I like mike the best
jeremy, jeff, and will in a video pls 😊
Respect Jeremy either
I cant tell you how long ive been waiting for this collab. All they were missing was Dr. Mike and this video wouldve broke the internet. Awesome stuff.

Honestly, this video has helped me so much, the way the technique was explained concisely and in a relaxed manner, it's like a professional coach teaching me 1 on 1, i loved this, it has single handedly improved my workouts
This is one of the most helpful videos for fitness I have come across on this platform. Brilliant explanations as well as demonstrations. Plus, who doesn't love seeing Will and Jeff just bro out?
I’ve literally waited YEARS for this collab. You both have had a huge impact on my fitness lifestyle, and I couldn’t help but smile during this entire video. Hopefully the first of many collabs between you two! 💪🏽
I love how in this industry "competitors" understand they're better off as allies than as enemies.
Now they are frenemies
That's not only true for fitness that's true for every industry
@@justinrosado5177 100% agree 🤙
The common enemy is the market, be it views, subs, or sales.
They are not really competitors. As Will fills a more comedic and light-hearted niche of lifting content, whereas Jeff focuses on scientific and serious lifting content.
Also, in an era of mass media-consumption, viewers will flock to both channel, rather than one. There is no shortage of sponsorships and brand deals, either.
It is difficult to become a top fitness influencer, but once you are there, there is an abundant amount of revenue. No one fights for scraps.
Amazing collab! Thanks a million for the golden knowledge guys!
🌸Thank you!!! I’m going to try these today!
Love Jeff nerding out all his knowledge in this video, he talks with so much passion.
I'm only a few minutes into this and it's interesting how little Will is joking around. He really seems to be taking in a lot of this information as if he's a student at a lecture. I don't blame him when it's Jeff Nippard. That guy is one of the standout greats (as is Will imo) of this weird messy youtube fitness industry.
My two favourite fitness RUclipsrs, I love it!! Great informative video!
Just took a page of notes. Looking forward to go to the gym right now
Great video. More educational than last time.

I get so excited when I see Jeff in the gym mind blowing us with his knowledge. Jeff continues to amaze me on the quality and simplicity of his videos.
I absorbed so much knowledge in this one 20 minute video like I normally do in 10 individual videos (at best).
Amazing video and a perfect summary of exercises. Whenever someone will ask me what the exercises they need I will just send the link to this video. Thank you so much for the nice work, I will definetly rewatch this every once in a while
So much knowledge on this video. Super focused on the outcome. Loving the hamstrings seated, all back exercises and the shoulders too. They all done differently than the way i do and i am looking forward to try.
