I watched a video that gave perfect solution to my problems.. the ideas are so practical. I liked it and subscribed it. Thnks for the video.. please make g8 videos like this
Either I dont't get something or I don't fully agree with some things. I think that objectivity is not the key to solving mentioned problems like the lack of confidence. In my opinion out choices should be subjective. We should just make them more consciously nad choose what drives our choices. Do we want what's best for us, or for someone else or to have it in the middle? If we fear something, like others' opinions, we should dig deep inside this feeling, discover what's the real cause of it and find a way to solve the real problem so the fear will go away. Like if you're not confident of your look, go ask some friends or family members what exactly you're not sure is appropriate and they'll honestly tell you. That's what you need real friends for. So yeah, I think the choices should be as subjective as possible but with our conscious choice of who we want to be. If you want to be more kind to others, then make a choice with this as your top priority after thinking through all of the options. If you lack confidence and you want to change it then make a choice that shows the most confidence you are willing and able to make.
Good video. Please make one video how to not over confident.... I have this problem. I don't feel it but my friends say, my husband says...since I was little kid...haha
Do NOT rehearse your nightmares. Just my 2 cents. Rehearse hitting the ball, playing the song, writing the script. Then, listen to constructive criticism, using logic and validation in between stimulus and response, and, when necessary, realize that negativity is projected fear-based aggression and authoritarianism, which is something OTHER people mistakenly rehearse. Mkay?
All good except the last comment approximating to "your opinion is more important than anybody else's..." - no it's not, the correct application of this, is with the mind-frame of; " my opinion matters and may be significant, but at best, is only equally as important as anybody else's..." because, at the end of the day, it is still only your opinion, if it currently lacks clear consensus... Get it 100% right next time ok...
At 0:45 minutes in and on a few other occasions, the way Asians are depicted is very racist and inaccurate. Is the cartoonist still living in the 70''s?
I cherished your opinion Paula Stone. I often have difficulty when encounter a new unfamiliar situation, for example, difficult subject like the physics. Topthink have the best advices, try it out , overcome your fear, practice make perfect, don't be afraid of failure.
Finishing tasks and then moving to the easiest to the hardest tasks is my way to gain confidence.
That sounds great, Shane :)

Confident people never compare themselves. Comparing is thief of joy
*Confidence is a consequence of consistent work.*
Showing up during a long period of time and becoming better by each day.
Thank you Ossein. I will follow your advice. 🐔😋🤔
*Remembering that things will get tough, but still doing it anyway. That will also build up confidence* 🙏
"if you believe in something, don't let anyone tear you down." - That's what you should do during you work!
Confidence stems from being comfortable with who you are and who you want to be.
In all situations, just think to yourself that everyone is trying to show their best to u just as same as u do, that will give u such self-reliance.
Confidence is knowing that you can accomplish anything and are worthy of everything
Get comfortable by being uncomfortable that’s how you raise your confidence to a whole Nother level that no one can break you
being as objective as possible when viewing ur life is such a great tip !
Thank you!

WHERE THE FUNK IS PETER..THIS IS NOT TOP THINK..WTF😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪
I lost confidence when the pie graph had the wrong fractions. 75% was at like 60%, you can easily cut a circle into four quarters. 🙄
just remember as well, you can't be confident at something if you have never done it before 👍

How the hell does *school* mould your interests?😳 School teaches you to compete and compare. Not much else.
