How to improve mood in a perennial illness?, I have incurable headaches from the past 27 years , which has made me continually in a negative mind state, inspite of exercising minimum 5 days in a week, pls help
Headaches can be managed. Do things to stay relaxed, drink plenty of water especially when you feel one coming on and get your daiths pierced (inner ear). I used to have major ones for days, but hardly any now.
Hi magnesium supplements omega 3 and the b vitamins work wonders You must get your blood tested to see the deficiency and accommodate accordingly but those supplements really work for me especially then b vitamins Hope you feel better soon 💖
