I'm still busy watching, but I have to say I relate so much already. I struggle with routines. I definitely can't do them at the same time each day, so tend to use the same trigger. Social media also drains all my energy before I even get going, so I try to not look at it until much, much later. I love the relatable way you think about and present things. I have lupus, mastocytosis and dysautonomia, and then ADHD for good measure. ADHD has its positive aspects, but it can make some things just that much harder. Thank you for your videos.
So Happy you made this video. I felt very frustrated with myself after your first one because I couldn't grasp how to apply it to my own life. Since I have issues that change so drastically day to day, and I couldn't figure out how to incorporate reacting to changes to my routine. This one however has been very helpful for me. Seeing you problem solve and pondering my own ideas at the same time really did something.
This is so timely. Our life has drastically changed since my Husband got Long Covid. We are working together to find a new normal. I feel looking at routines will help enormously. ❤
Wow, it sounds like there has been growth and progress inside of you, like a seed that sends roots down for awhile before any green shoots appear above the earth. This is great and I celebrate for you. As to your challenge, you could have asked me what I most want to do in my own life. Thank you.
Really enjoying your bit about soothing yourself through the discomfort. I'm struggling to replace a bad habit rn and thats where I'm at with it too. Thanks I find your content really helpful :))
