Q.... aftermakung Yuba... do we just drink the leftover milk ??) And how long to boil before starting to make the Yuba please And thank you for sharing your recipe 😊... and method . Weare also blessed to have a soy bean Farm about ¹5 minutes away from us... we order NON GMO 50 lb bag every year sometime two years. Only 38$.. I make yogurt and soy milk never knew I can make YUBA also... I recently learned we love this by product also... I wonder.. after making YUBA can you also make TOFU ?? Or does it change the curd .. 🤷♀️
You must cook until boiling but be careful don't let it boil over your pot, and of course if leftover from making Yuba you make a tofu...Thank you for your interests in my recipes
@@nokskitchenVeganrecipe5248 Thank you such for repying.. I put 4 cups of soy beans on to soak so I guess I will be trying this method tomorrow. And making tofu too😉👌👌👌👌👌
Usually I used Okara to make a sweet thing and sometimes I did make ground for stir fry, in the future I will try to post the recipe about Okara. Thank you for your asking and so sorry for late reply
Hello and thanks for your question. Yes, basically that is all. The milk needs to be heated thoroughly and to boiling; stir frequently. Good luck and let me know how it turns out!
Hello and thanks for your comment. In order to make soy milk, you must place the beans (after soaked and dehulled) in a blender with water to get the milk. We blend the beans once, then again the pulp from that first blending. Good luck!
Hello, thanks for your comment. Yes, you can, but they need to be the right size, and also a bit thicker, in order to use as a wrap. You can rehydrate them just by placing them in a towel wetted with warm water...just place between, and keep moist until use.
Do they peel off easily when you get them from the drying rack or some pieces get stucked? I remember experimenting w dried rice wrappers and followed a RUclips tutorial the dried pieces won't come off that easy we ended up scraping them crumbling the whole thing.
Hello and thanks for your question. Yes, if they dry completely on the sticks, they will not come away easily. I generally take them off the sticks after only 5 or 10 minutes, while they are still moist, and then I lay them out on a rack. I also turn them on the rack, so that they do not become stuck to it. Good luck! It is definitely worth the effort.
Yes, it is not so easy. But when it's to be used as a wrap you can't fold it. Rather you have to dry it as big as possible. Then when you want to use it, you will moisten it in hot water just for a few seconds. Thanks and good luck!
Wonderful recipe...Thanks for sharing 🙏

Thanks for the video, I'm wondering why you remove the soybean hullls wouldn't they just end up with the rest of the pulp?
We do remove the soybean hulls because of the textures and flavours. Thank you so much for your interest in my product

Hey what did you do with the okara? Can you please do a video on how to use okara? And a video on tempeh please

Nothing else is needed to form the skins just the strained bean milk and a steamer is that correct?
Hello and thanks for your question. Yes, basically that is all. The milk needs to be heated thoroughly and to boiling; stir frequently. Good luck and let me know how it turns out!
Thank You.. Have you tried with chick peas?
Thank you too for your interest.....I never do with chickpeas and if you can do it please share with me too I will appreciate a lot
好主意!蒸就不会浪费豆汁了
Blender the beans? Or just blend the beans?

What’s the point in removing the hulls, if you then stick it all in the blender🤷♀️
If you blender with the hull you can get a little milk and the milk that you got has a bad smell like sour
How long does a skin take to form when you start the steaming?
Just about three to five minutes if your want it to become thicker you can let longer than that. Thank you for asking!
Thank you for mentioning non gmos. Dianxi used two chopsticks to remove the skins.
Can these be rehydrated to use for wraps?

@@nokskitchenVeganrecipe5248 thank you…so would it be possible if I just stacked several layers?
@@DR-by2md Yes! It is

How much water ?
Water about 3 litres, Thank you
A very tedious and meticulous process, the end product look so fragile and when dried, I wonder how you’re gonna use them to make a wrapper.
