I practically cried the whole time during this video. Little over a week ago I walked away from a 13 year relationship. I was not listening to myself. I did not love myself enough. I wasn’t happy but was only making him happy and forgot about myself and he didn’t give me the space to be myself. It’s so clear now. You two are beautiful. Maybe someday I’ll be in a good relationship. I learnt a lot... still in so much pain..

You guys are so sweet! Reminds me of me and mine. When you have someone who cares about you, you can just feel it. Sometimes you have to go through the crappy relationships to learn that. I certainly did!

This was deep and SO so true. I think sometimes people know all this but lose themselves and struggle when they are in toxic relationships and once they have the courage to let go, reality sets in and they find themselves. It’s the beauty of growing and loving yourself, eventually someone will cross paths with you that’ll make you feel so special and loved.

Hey Carrie--I found this video so helpful and comforting. I've been single for two years, with a few things here or there but nothing that stuck. I went on an amazing date a few days ago with a person who seems to be so like-minded to me. I've been hung up on a few silly details, and this video helped me to remember that perception of others doesn't matter. If the person is good for you, that's what matters. Thank you for the positive and fair words of advice.

Looking for advice here! Anyone who can please help! I recently realised I have a cursh on my sister's godmother's son. I've known him all my life and we meet every christmas, easter and summer.
