To be honest I didn't want to watch it because I'm coming out of a depressive state myself and ya just watching this made me cry and remember how much I've been through and still going through. It's never "enjoyable" to watch videos like that. It's however, very educational to see how you can react when one of your friends has mental health problems.

I've been there so I can empathize with you. I have left the dark times and stepped into the light. You clearly have people who dearly love you, which is so joyful to see. It's a new decade and it brings new beginnings. Best wishes and hugs all round from the land down under.
This made me cry so badly.. not even going to pretend otherwise. As someone that deals with seasonal depression nd spends an insane amount of time curled up in in car sobbing I just want to say Well done to you for having that sense of self that you knew there was something wrong but also to Jadz and your sister for being amazingly supportive.. The support off people that you love means everything especially when you get to a point that your no longer able to express how your feeling about them or anything at that point..
Thankyou so much for sharing this as I fully understand it couldnt have been an easy video to make and probably brought back alot of emotions.
I love that you aren't afraid to show all aspects of your life (to a degree) and I believe talking about these issues is only going to do good. You have a created a space where everyone is welcome and feels accepted which doesn't happen very often nowadays so thankyou.

Hey Nidhi, as someone who’s going through the same thing now, I definitely can relate to everything you said 100%. I know you can definitely can become the happy, cheerful person you once were in your videos. Keep that image of yourself in your mind always and keep working towards that again. Jadz makes an amazing girlfriend- the way she supports you, is always there for you, rushes to meet you as soon as she finds out you’re not feeling okay. The relationship you both have is so so precious and definitely hard to come by. I know you’ll be okay again and I’m happy for you that you have such a beautiful and supportive relationship - this’ll help in your recovery. All the best Nidhi and Jadz! ❤️

And I've come out to my parents only but I only get bashed for it and my mom says my girlfriend will ruin my life

My depression gone away lonely after more time because I told at my self stay all my life single I stay well lonely not found a girlfriend.
Now I no have because my gf found me after 34 year who I search a girl for me.
i spent 2 years in counselling, it was in a government hospital and they really didn't give a shit, my psychiatrist referred me but i just sat there for 2 years every week and said nothing because i can't speak in real life about anything at all and just sat muted there for 2 hours then i stopped going because what's the point.
