I wouldn’t say Spidey was nervous, but understanding. As this comic highlighted most of the Avengers are afraid of Logan, but not Peter. Part of that reason is because Logan has never won a fight he’s been in with Peter, the other reason is Peter is one of the few people who see Logan as more than just an animal or a weapon. Peter knows there is more to Logan than that and that he can be better if he wants.
Might it be because Logan knows that Spider-Man can knock him out with one punch almost as hard and bad as Hulk? Spider-Man is crazy strong in his own right. Not on Hulk's level, but the wall crawler does have crazy strength and power in his own right, mind you. I'm not taking ANYTHING away from the Green Behemoth.

Best drawn accurate relative depiction of his height. He is literally standing on the bar to put his claws at the head and throat of Juggernaut.
Swinging out the window looks really cool, but it's terribly inefficient for anyone other than spider-man. That rope needs to be approximately 400 feet long, and sturdy enough to support Logan, who is pushing 300 lbs. That's a LOT of rope. High quality climbing rope. You know, the elevator in that mansion works, right? Be on the ground floor in minutes. If you are really pressed for time, they have jet packs and aircraft. Paragliding is a thing, too. And do none of their enemies have eyes? Or lookouts? "Oh, hey, Bob, we just saw Elektra - hot half naked chick - come out of (essentially) "The heroes' home base" and headed your way. Don't be there when she arrives.". Or, like, are they patiently waiting for her to show up every time? Does she call ahead? Are their crimes catered events? The cheese and crackers show up at 2pm, but eat fast, Elektra's here at 3? So many questions.
Pretty sure Logan's over 300 lbs, adamantium is a very heavy metal, like lead or gold. And if Logan were really in a hurry, he wouldn't need the rope, he could just jump out the window, it's not like his bones are going break on impact with the ground.

As far i have read or listened to stories I have come to a conclusion that:- Wolverine has a hate boner for himself So he feels better if people treat him like a wild animal at arm's length While peter jokes and makes quips around him, he also tries to understand Logan more and make him feel better Which Logan doesn't like much , he rather be hated and does his work Than forming good functional relationships with other people (until he is shown his value or feels at home which is mostly when he with X-men as they are all mostly misfits due to their mutant genes, forcing him into a mentor guardian role to them in which he gradually falls into and is comfortable) So he does like peter in his own way but is harsh on him to keep him away from his personal life as he feels he deserves the suffering/ anyone close to him dies and as Peter is just a teenager wouldn't wanna involve in his matters or personal life. Peter has that similar relationship with Hulk, but Hulk doesn't have self hatred(unless sometimes hating banner) and Hulk/Banner are different personalities kinda But spiderman treating him like a fellow person, not overreacting & willing to listen to him, not talking like he is walking on eggshells and wants to genuinely help him. Hulk knows that and is chill around him, even enjoying his company As there aren't many friends that he can sit around to talk to, they're either his punching buddies(like the thing) There might be few others, but they knew Banner before & more likely are with Hulk due to their relationship(developing relationship with hulk afterwards) The only other person than Spidey that Hulk can listen/talk to is Banner himself(which he may or may not want at a moment) So it tells how much he enjoys company of Peter around him. the reality is.... Spiderman could EASILY rip Wolverine in half like a sheet of paper. Spiderman is one of the strongest superheroes out there, next to the Hulk and Superman. Way stronger then Capt America. Im talking in pure physical strength and ability to take a hit. yes wolverine could KILL spiderman with a very lucky blow or a sucker punch... and spiderman technically couldn't kill wolverine because of his regeneration.... Spiderman could simply hold him without issue and he would be unable to do anything... not even move... that's how much stronger Spiderman is.. it would be like holding a large stuffed animal to him.
Honestly yeah, Spidey could definitely do damage to Logan (We even see this in Web of Shadows, albeit it takes a stupidly long time and effort on Spidey's end), but then it's always been a weird thing about how durable Logan's joints seem to be since one would figure his joints would not be having any kind of easy time handling his Adamantium (I assume it's partially something to do with that whole time with Apocalypse where he basically initially perfected Wolverine's evolution but didn't go all the way in on it, but then to wish for comics to be consistent about power levels is like asking a DC comics writer to avoid using Infinity feats) One would figure Magneto could just snap his fingers and Logan's joints are ripped in half, yet that seems to often not be the case, yet he's also had his head removed before, like by Beast, who Spider-Man definitely should be above in terms of strength.
Stop this made up stuff, it takes 2 seconds to google that in Earth 616 he cannot, not even Hulk could at full rage. He can beat Wolverine via webs and speed but he is not doing any detrimental damage unhealable, please read about True Adamantium and Wolverine in Earth 616. In the universes where adamantium has been broken by THE HULK, adamantium is weak like steel not like 616 earth where not even Thor could harm it via full force mjolnir..

"Doesn't want to and this never tried" is not the same as "Could never". Logan's adamantium does NOT cover his joints. If it did he couldn't move anywhere near as flexibly, if at all. His joints are this a structural weakpoint by necessity and someone strong enough can and HAS ripped him limb from limb.

It is when Wolverine is standing up straight but Peter is hunching over or crouching his legs as he clearly is and is thus seven to eight inches shorter than usual. Somebody doesn't seem to understand that body posture and pose can affect relative apparant height. It actually seems to me that Peter is bringing himself down to equal eye level with Logan as a show of his sincerity. He is trying to talk to Logan as an equal, not talk down to him, and the fact he is hunching down to be at that equal eye level visually symbolizes that. It is pretty fantastic detail work, actually.

As far i have read or listened to stories
I have come to a conclusion that:-
Wolverine has a hate boner for himself
So he feels better if people treat him like a wild animal at arm's length
While peter jokes and makes quips around him, he also tries to understand Logan more and make him feel better
Which Logan doesn't like much , he rather be hated and does his work
Than forming good functional relationships with other people (until he is shown his value or feels at home which is mostly when he with X-men as they are all mostly misfits due to their mutant genes, forcing him into a mentor guardian role to them in which he gradually falls into and is comfortable)
So he does like peter in his own way but is harsh on him to keep him away from his personal life as he feels he deserves the suffering/ anyone close to him dies and as Peter is just a teenager wouldn't wanna involve in his matters or personal life.
Peter has that similar relationship with Hulk, but Hulk doesn't have self hatred(unless sometimes hating banner) and Hulk/Banner are different personalities kinda
But spiderman treating him like a fellow person, not overreacting & willing to listen to him, not talking like he is walking on eggshells and wants to genuinely help him.
Hulk knows that and is chill around him, even enjoying his company
As there aren't many friends that he can sit around to talk to, they're either his punching buddies(like the thing)
There might be few others, but they knew Banner before & more likely are with Hulk due to their relationship(developing relationship with hulk afterwards)
The only other person than Spidey that Hulk can listen/talk to is Banner himself(which he may or may not want at a moment)
So it tells how much he enjoys company of Peter around him.
Spidey knows both of them and treats both as a person too.
Not treating Bruce as a tiking Time-Bomb
Not treating Hulk as a Monster

Spiderman is one of the strongest superheroes out there, next to the Hulk and Superman. Way stronger then Capt America. Im talking in pure physical strength and ability to take a hit.
yes wolverine could KILL spiderman with a very lucky blow or a sucker punch... and spiderman technically couldn't kill wolverine because of his regeneration.... Spiderman could simply hold him without issue and he would be unable to do anything... not even move... that's how much stronger Spiderman is.. it would be like holding a large stuffed animal to him.
Honestly yeah, Spidey could definitely do damage to Logan (We even see this in Web of Shadows, albeit it takes a stupidly long time and effort on Spidey's end), but then it's always been a weird thing about how durable Logan's joints seem to be since one would figure his joints would not be having any kind of easy time handling his Adamantium (I assume it's partially something to do with that whole time with Apocalypse where he basically initially perfected Wolverine's evolution but didn't go all the way in on it, but then to wish for comics to be consistent about power levels is like asking a DC comics writer to avoid using Infinity feats)
One would figure Magneto could just snap his fingers and Logan's joints are ripped in half, yet that seems to often not be the case, yet he's also had his head removed before, like by Beast, who Spider-Man definitely should be above in terms of strength.
Stop this made up stuff, it takes 2 seconds to google that in Earth 616 he cannot, not even Hulk could at full rage. He can beat Wolverine via webs and speed but he is not doing any detrimental damage unhealable, please read about True Adamantium and Wolverine in Earth 616. In the universes where adamantium has been broken by THE HULK, adamantium is weak like steel not like 616 earth where not even Thor could harm it via full force mjolnir..
@@An0therBurner94None of this is accurate in Earth 616.. Magneto only and he manipulates on a monecular level which means he moved the adamantium not destroyed it.

Logan's adamantium does NOT cover his joints. If it did he couldn't move anywhere near as flexibly, if at all. His joints are this a structural weakpoint by necessity and someone strong enough can and HAS ripped him limb from limb.

It does make me wonder about the strength required for it since one would at least figure that if a mutant like Nitro was able to let off his blast point-blank at Logan before Logan recognized the whole "Safe zone" instant when Nitro leveled a city, and apparently his joints held out so his skeleton could make that infamous pose, is Spider-Man punching at that kind of strength without a Symbiote?

Why is Marvel hiring idiot writers and artists who know nothing about the characters? Wolverine's 5'3 is *NOT* taller than Peter's 5'9/5'10. This is basic knowledge of the characters
It is when Wolverine is standing up straight but Peter is hunching over or crouching his legs as he clearly is and is thus seven to eight inches shorter than usual.
Somebody doesn't seem to understand that body posture and pose can affect relative apparant height.
It actually seems to me that Peter is bringing himself down to equal eye level with Logan as a show of his sincerity. He is trying to talk to Logan as an equal, not talk down to him, and the fact he is hunching down to be at that equal eye level visually symbolizes that.
It is pretty fantastic detail work, actually.

Although in fairness it is a little sloppily done so it's understandable not to pick up on it.
As for 3:48. Logan's eyes are level with Peter's mouth. Accurately. Because Peter is standing straight while Logan is barely hunched at all and rising onto his toes like he does whenever he does his classic 'threatening ' posture (the pose he does when he is threatening to unsheathe his claws. It is a pose he has done countless times, every time he wants to look intimidating for any reason.)
Again, fully accurate to their relative size as canon.
