I have found so much benefit in this work! I’ve asked a few different places trying to get an answer to see if there’s any worry with doing this with spinal fluid leaks (and ehlers Danlos- because it’s a connective tissue disorder)?
Can you repeat this several times in a row to feel more relief or is it more of a once a day kind of thing?

Are you supposed to do a spinal pelvic lock in the last position while fully squatted?
It made me feel dizzy. I was unable to complete the entire sequence. Was I doing it wrong?
After doing part one and two of this I immediately got hiccups when I finished. Is this anything?

Yes! We recommend doing them at least once per day for 28 days. It's best once in the morning and once at night before bed

I’ve a question. I was able to get through this video and the ones prior on the playlist yesterday before I had to stop. Today under my chin glands are swollen and sore. I’m hesitant to continue afraid I’ve somehow managed to injure myself 😞

I want to do these maneuvers but many of them require me to use my hands in ways that make them go numb. Do you have a technique that addresses that specifically?
I also have issues like you. If you do them as best as you can without worrying about what sensations you are feeling. Over time, it will start to get better.
OK you said full squat. Then after a few breaths and turning to right and left. You said go into a full squat. Weren't we already at a full squat???
Is it normal that the back neck hurts after doing this? (Have been doing it in the morning and since then it’s not happy)…
What kind of feeling are you experiencing? Also are you pulling up on the skin or pushing into your bones :) light and gentle pulling up on the skin is all that is needed.
@@HumanGarage I was pulling on the skin.. but I experience that my back tightness gets worse after doing it..
I have the same sensation, but I walk and breathe deep 3 times And I feel really relax!
Would this help with POTS?
@@sarahweston I was diagnosed with POTS and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and I can say this has helped me tremendously. Be careful though because I got really dizzy the first time but have learned I have to just stay down a little bit longer and come up very very slowly at the end. I recommend watching it first before performing! Blessings
