Wow, $365,000.00? That's great pricing. I really need to grab the wife and come visit you. I live in Florida so I have Gulf (I live on it) and beachy stuff but that's a whole new feel there. Good Morning Bill! I grew up on the Gulf coast of FL! Another big difference here is the super low coast of homes taxes, and not having to worry about category 5 hurricanes every six months! This home is only about 30min from the new international airport so that is good too.

Now that the election is done we are seeing more people, so I think some just wanted to see that done.
