You are always welcome! We have come to love this country and it's people and how warm and inviting everyone is. The market here is also diverse with plenty of options for everyone. Las Tanusas is the perfect resort style get away from the faster paced city life, and we love visiting this project! Thank you for your support for our channel and we wish you the best for the new year!
Are you guys back in US? Hope you guys are safe back in NC. It's scary there with Manta being used as transit point for drugs. Mayor got assassinated last year which proves the resolve these powerful gangs to control the beach area where coast guards presence are low/mostly tourists and residents.
Good morning Joe, Yes the beach is swimmable, might just depend on the wave season or time of day. The mornings are usually calmer before the sea breeze kicks in. Happy New Year!
So the HOA for this one is $356 and the yearly taxes are less than $200 for the year lol! The rental pool is something that Las Tanusas manages and it has some different ways to do it, so I would defer to them for more detailed rental return information. Let us know when you are ready to tour and we will be happy to show you the area! Wishing you all the best in 2024!
Hey Ryan real nice place. What are the HOA' S, Taxes, Insurance? Also what's this I'm hearing about severe up tick in violent crimes? Also about all the noise at night loud music, screaming, dogs barking, partying etc etc? Thanks bud.
Hey amigo Happy New Year! Yes Las Tanusas is simply amazing, and one of our favorite places to visit! So the HOA for this one is $356 and the yearly taxes are less than $200 for the year lol! This area is rural, very peaceful and quiet, so easy relaxation! And Guayaquil is the main city that saw some increases, Manta is still mostly removed from that and still a little paradise:) Wishing you all the best in 2024!
Oh yes no worries at all with swimming. There are some waves to deal with depending on how far out you want to go, but as you can see there is plenty of sand and beach to enjoy! Have a great 2024!
Have there been more frequent power outages since last weekends outbreak of violence? Some of the European news outlets have reported that airlines are cancelling flights. But I haven't been able to confirm. Is there any such news on your end?
Good morning, no we have not seen any increase in power outages, everything is fine in that area. Plus all the main condo buildings have generators just in case. The airlines have still been flying in, but some of the late night arriving flights were pushed to the following day. Ecuador has recently had to deal with much of the same things that are happening in the US and other parts of the world, but fortunately our new President has been very strong and proactive in making sure that we don't go down the same road as Mexico and other countries. Manta continues to be a mostly quiet area that tends to avoid much of the bigger city problems, and we are very thankful for that.
@@EcuadorShoresRealty Thanks for the update and glad to hear that Manta is being spared most of the violence. I cannot agree, however, that the challenges facing Ecuador are substantively similar to those in the US and elsewhere. The gangs have expressly declared war on the government and the people of Ecuador. That is extraordinary! In response, the military has been deployed throughout the country. More importantly, Ecuador's President has authorized the military to exercise extraordinary police powers in an effort to eradicate the gangs. And there is the 60 day state of emergency including a nightly curfew . This is quasi martial law. I applaud the President for taking such bold steps. I hope this works.
I love how you alternate between speaking and blasting that LGBT music, because I love having to constantly adjust my volume control. That's amazing, thank you.
The real Paradise.
Thank you.
Enjoy our country. All good people are welcome to Ecuador.
Best Regards.

Beach Looks great but swimmable is important to me?
