The vegetation is quite interesting in Sardegna because it is a combination of rocks and greenery creating a one of a kind landscape, and of course the closeness to the sea helps to have a more vigorous vegetation :) - Stefanie
Those cute outdoor lamps look like funghi, and perfect in their setting.I like the bathroom tilings, each a different tone of blue, and the kitchen in its soft yellow color, adding warm and making it stand out. The beach is gorgeous both of them, it’s one of the best I’ve seen in this channel, such clear water, it’s irresistible and it’s a sandy beach, the views are amazing, form the beach and all of the viewpoints, the house colors are very relaxing, natural, matching the surroundings. Yes having that beach and those views privately is privilege. I have to say Stefanie looks perfect, can’t leave that out.

I thought places like this only existed in dreams... this video proved me wrong, i could spend hours in any of those view points and never tire of the view. I agree with Stefanie, the private beach is my favorite too. It would be my spot to just bring a lounge chair at night gaze up at the heavens and sleep under the stars. I genuinely think this is my favourite video so far. So much to like. The views, the gardens, the private access to a beautiful beach. And we haven't even got into the house yet, which is charming, warm, well proportioned and has some really interesting features (the window shapes and cactus garden view stood out for me). A great job of presenting a wonderful home Stef and the team. Now i just need to save my pennies to buy this place...
I feel the property is composed of islands of nature in a sea of manicured, easily walkable, lawn. Thre are a lot of fine details in the furniture that can be easily overlooked because it just "fits" so well.
Excellent property very private and secluded, it just blends right into its surroundings and nature. Bright interior i do like, the continuity of the flooring right through makes it look like one large room, warm and welcoming and probably cool in the hot summer months.
Absolutely, the property stays fresh and the island always has a please't breeze so the temperature is ideal! The uncontaminated nature creates a wonderful environment to simply appreciate the calming sound of the waves :) - Stefanie

This place is amazing! It just looks like such an oasis of calm that you could lose yourself (or find yourself, depending on your philosophy on life ;) ) in. I reckon it would take a couple of weeks just to try out all the seating areas to find a favourite, if you could even pick just one... The sea, the beaches, the garden, the house itself - everything is pretty much perfect, and just exudes charm, much like our lovely host. Still need to win that lottery though!
Doesn’t matter if those properties costs millions or billions. They all look dull without Stefanie. Her presence truly makes everything beautiful and luxury.

I can confirm that it is a very relaxing property! simply lovely to spend time there especially in the garden with all that choice of sitting areas! Actually it is quite common to not have bathtubs here... I suppose there is also the fact that properties (not in this case or for many of the properties shown on this channel) but there is the space factor so it is common to optimize the space with showers. However that is not always the case. - Stefanie
No the beaches in Italy belong to the state, not to privates... only the access is private, however it is quite complex to reach that beach so it is almost as it it is private - Stefanie
