Impeccable interior. Exterior greenery is fab but as an older person too much upkeep sadly but love the privacy - need a gardener and housekeeper. WOW! Such a deal as well!
Thank you for your comments. Actually in every house in Portobello there are a gardener (usually once a week) and a housekeeper. The gardener costs around 2000€ year, housekeeper around 15€/hour. The gardener who is in charge of this property is 89 y.o., but still in shape, and anyway, his son, 67 y.o. is helping him and ready to take his place when needed)))
Yes, the tiles are everywhere. Five years ago I would called them old looking and suggest to resin over. But now they are becoming vintage). Anyway, resin it's always an option.
Nice property which would require younger owners or a gardener. Please forgive my critique, but there are forever hedges which would require a very long blade or a gardener with very long arms. The location is spectacular. Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you very much for commenting. Believe it or not, but three days ago, the former owners sold the house to a much younger couple (30 years difference)), and the new ones are planning some relevant gardening to be done, to improve ocean view and use of the garden)))
The house was buit in early 90's - it has been perfectly mantained, but has got its years.. The style and details may deserve a revamping, but everting is functionning properly and in case one like this architecture , it is ready to live in.
Thank you for commenting. Portobello is not the cheapest place in Sardinia - we are not speaking about 15-18k euro per square meter like in Porto Cervo, but it's a high end and so pricey destination. You pay the view, you pay the proximity to the sea, you pay the location...
Nice architecture on the outside but not interesting at ALL inside….absolutely not functional, no storage, way too small. Sorry , no intimacy ……for 4 adults and not acceptable for 2 adults ans 2 kids or even only 1 kid
Hi and thank you for commenting! It's a holiday house intended to be used for some weeks mostly in summer season. So storage for winter clothes, books, personal stuff etc it's actually not that needed. Given there are two rooms (double and twin) and two bathrooms, actually it's quite a proper solution for a family of four.

Needs a major update.

So we agree. The house is dated and needs an upgrade. Okay @@italiavilla-sardinia

@@italiavilla-sardinia It is a nice piece of music, but it takes away from what you are showing.
Allora.. Aguri da Australia...

Not much of a sea view for €635,000

Fuel wood plantings.
There are some juniper and olive trees, and other of less value. All stuff that can resist Sardinian sun and salty wind
