Planning on our move to Sardinia in February-May. Currently looking out for the right home there. It’s a plan that’s finally coming true ❤ Lovely video
Woa ❤ same here, we want to move to Sardinia next year, possibly June. I was looking at Cagliari as I think you have more stuff to do year round. Let me know how your move goes, keeping my fingers crossed for you❤
@@ShakyrTravel im looking very closely into Alghero as well as my hubby has family there and he was born there. Alghero and Cagliari. I’m going again end Sept/Oct to look at properties there. Hopefully something really good comes our way.
A lot if the hype is for the Greek islands and they are beautiful . Sardinia is really beautiful too and has the whitest sand in Europe . I love to go there .
In Villasimius and east part of Sardinia is beautiful, however many restaurants in Villasimius are closed. Only very few are open and reservation is a must. Don’t trust google for opening hours.
Ive so far been to Arbatax , Olbia and San Teodoro and loved all of them .Part of the love is there are not too many tourists outside of Italians and it would be nice if it stayed like that .
always visit in sectember ......personale i love the winter weith no turist and all the local pepole are more relaxed and have get to getharings with alot of vino and all the sea food you can inmagin and all the best stories from the workeing seson ....if you are intrest i rent any tipe of home and maybee sell to you never know?

i have a villa in palau and i am very sad that you did not speck about punta sardegna{porto raffael} and porto pollo{isola dei gabbiani} wer ever gear we have the world championchip of wind surfing and kite surf! i have a nurage at 200 m from my home and the tombe dei giganti at 1500m the sandi beeches in front of my are kilometers long and you forgote the pink sand beach famus in the world i can see santa teresa corsica palau la maddalena and all the arcipelago whit the best islands for visitors......
Costa Smeralda is for rich people, but you move on to the west coast for example and everything is cheaper and less crowded even in August. Check a place called Piscinas, there is also a little desert with sand dunes going down to the sea. Another amazing place is Stintino and La Pelosa beach.
The south is also amazing, with clear and warm water. The main difference is that in the north, you’ll find more restaurants, clubs, and nightlife (I recommend visiting Alghero!). The south, on the other hand, is perfect if you want to relax, go on excursions, or explore nature. It’s wilder and more untouched. The Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo and porto rotondo, is a stunning area but definitely designed for the wealthy. It’s home to exclusive resorts, and prices are significantly higher than elsewhere. Excluding these areas, the rest of Sardinia offers more affordable prices. If you rent a house and do your own shopping, costs are generally lower than in major Italian cities. What will likely be more expensive is the trip itself-whether by plane or ferry. Once you’re there, the cost of living isn’t excessive (of course, this depends on your habits, like dining out every day or indulging in lobster by the sea).
10:20 Love the honesty! I am so sick of censored speech in this politically correct world, and it's nice to just hear someone say what they think. Refreshing, thanks.

I never knew Sardinia was so beautiful. The beaches are stunning. I am wondering if it is too high end? Is this only for the wealthy?

Me too-unexpected, not sure I appreciate it's bluntness.

Which sea did you say that Sardinia is in? perhaps a fact check.
What about sasaari
The F word is so tacky
