This is a great price to this condo! But I would want to know what the property tax and condo fees are.
That's one of the bonuses to owning beachfront property here in Manta Ecuador! The HOA for this unit is only $170 monthly and the yearly property taxes are less than $300 bucks, for the whole year! Definitely a beautiful apartment but why would anyone buy something they will never be able to sell if they needed to leave Ecuador. Renting in 3rd world countries is always best. Especially if it a narco county that's going down hill real fast.
Nice but Manta is over priced

But I would say that Costa Rica is overpriced, the beachfront of the US is overpriced, Toronto is overpriced and others lol Manta Ecuador is still a great opportunity to find less expensive beachfront real estate, and with big savings on property taxes etc!
