It was actually a local Ecuadorian who built this home for he and his family, but then decided to sell it as an investment and build another:) The neighborhood of Playa Alta is mostly owned by Ecuadorians, as is most of the coastal properties and condo buildings. The foreign market has only recently discovered our little paradise here on the coast of Ecuador. We absolutely love Ecuador and the wonderful locals!

Good evening, so this home is located only about 15-20min South of the larger city of Manta, where you will find plenty of amenities to enjoy, as well as healthcare and more! Nice façade! Is it my idea or the living areas seem a little small for 4200 ft.² What's the total square footage of the lot. I'd love something with at least 1 acre of land. I have a 35 foot coach RV and a 24 foot sprinter overlander. Space and privacy a must! 👍🏻
I believe the lot was over 7,000sqft so a good sized lot. For a larger lot you are probably going to be outside of a gated community but there are some of those lots available. We have a brand new listing we will be posting soon on a 3,000m2 lot on the oceanfront so stay tuned to our website and social media!
