All your showings look amazing, but why don’t we ever see anyone?? No people staying/living at the property, no one walking on the beaches. And I’m aware of the recent events in Ecuador, but my observation applies to most showings going back 2-3 yrs
Hahaha yes this has been asked by many people over the years, and I think the main reason is because we usually film at these beautiful places during the week when everyone is either working or out doing something else. We have had some videos showing some people at the pool decks but you are right in that it is not often. Another thing to keep in mind is that many of these condos are owned by wealthy Ecuadorians who come in mainly for vacations, so most buildings are not fully occupied throughout the year. The Oceania for example is a very exclusive building and most owners work or are from Quito, so only a handful of year round residents. Most pools will have some additional usage in the late afternoon and some extra on the weekends. We do have the new Skyline project that will be West facing on the Southern end of Manta by La Quadra. We also have the Elite building which is being constructed in the Ciudad Del Mar neighborhood South of Manta. There are currently no other High-rises South of that, but don;t be surprised to see more coming soon as Manta and the surrounding area continues to grow! It is something that we do expect to be coming in the future though with some of these new projects that we have been consulting with. This is on the main beach of Murcielago a little ways down from the port. It is a great location as you can enjoy watching the cruise ships come, short walk to the large Mall Del Pacifico, and the beach malecon with some great places to eat and socialize. So this one being listed at only $499k and still negotiable is a great opportunity! The Oceania is regarded as one of the safest buildings in the area as it is very exclusive. The city of Manta has also always been looked at as very safe as well. The recent violence in the country has been targeted "bad guy vs bad guy" with the general public thankfully not much involved, especially here in Manta. We are much safer here than in the US for example with their daily gun violence, public shootings, school shootings, mall shootings, club shooting, concert shootings, road rage etc etc etc. We have none of those things to worry about. I'm waiting for the West-facing (as opposed to these North-facing) skyscrapers beachfronts to start being built south of Manta.
