Stunning home and space!
Beautiful house and very nice wood accents but a lot of wasted potential. It has multiple living areas and a huge receiving area/foyer but a tiny kitchen. The powder room was unusually small and could be uncomfortably so. The rooms aren't that big either, and the master bedroom was quite plain. What's up with room numbers too? I didn't see the staff quarters and utility areas either. And 72M (net pa mind you) is really overpriced for this size and location.
I am shock as well how tiny the kitchen is for this huge house. I love cooking, so I am disappointed.
everything in youtube is overpriced. better hire ur own contractor

The house looks so gorgeous in and out.. but i think there are spaces that weren't maximized for its potential used and the kitchen is too small i guest.. but its a good property..

A beautiful looking house from outside and inside but at P72 Mill this is "OVERPRICED"! The price should play around P40 - 50 Mill for a 377 Square land area.

It appears that the essence in getting the property sold, nowadays is to have as many rooms as possible. Does it make sense? Unless the property is for multi generation under one roof, if not what’s the point of having so many rooms?
I think renovated ito di siya tugma or naauugnay eh malaki ung bahay pero 2 carport lang with this size atleast 3 -4 parking sana kc makakaafford netondi lang dalwa ang kotse.. and kitchen din maliit..

I don't know about you but seeing all the sharp edges of this house, I feel like I'm at the lobby of a 4star hotel or a somewhat upscale condo. Don't get me wrong. It's clean and looks expensive but I probably would feel like I'm a tourist in my own house there LOL. Kailangan meron kang kasambahay dyan na merong walkie talkie para matawagan mo kung kelangan mo ng alalay LOL Tipong TRAPOng pulitiko lang ang titira dyan. LOL
Nice layout but too many wood elements that seems to give clutter. Most of the bathrooms seem to have gloomy feel because of the color choice. The master's bathroom has only one lavatory instead of the usual he & she.

Main kitchen is small and Master Bedroom has no balcony, the house is beautiful but has a lot of error, its honestly not worth the price 😅
