The issue with this house ia not just the poor use of space, ie: the Bar, Formal Kitchen, the limitation of the living area due to the design of the stairs which also affected the family area upstairs. But its also a Bespoke house in which you can see its been made not be sold but rather built just for the seller. If anyone is considering this property with its price range, I would suggest you just build something with your money it will be much cheaper and it will be to your own liking.
What most Filipinos do is build something extravagant just because they have the money and then adjust their lifestyle within the space. They tend to forget that the first thing to consider in building is how they would utilize the space or their everyday lifestyle inside the house. Like in this property, they tried to elevate the modern asian aesthetics by throwing everything they could afford in their design concept that even the gates, grills and fences are full of shapes, textures, colors, lights, etc.. Sadly, it ended up as a cluttered and poorly designed space.
If you do not have something nice to say.. do not comment.. these people are investing money and effort and it is their livelihood.. nkakasira ka sa negosyo ng may negosyo..ikw ba ano hnap Buhay mo? Practice confucious golden rule

House is ok. I would say it should be around P28-P30m then whoever purchase they can always add some nice furnitures that will blend.
We all know na super pretty si Ms. Apple Grace at minsan hindi mo talaga maalis tingin mo pero sana ipakita din yung whole area, kahit tinuturo na nya sa kumukuha ng vid, hindi pa din naipapakita.
I noticed lang from the previous videos, especially sa small areas or spaces. Hindi nakikita ang viewers kasi kay Ms. Apple lang nakatutok ang camera. 😔 Baka isipin namin si Ms. Apple yung for sale nyan. Hahaha!

Overall, I am not a fan of the overall theme of the house. The huge couch is quite off in the living room, made the area looked cramped. Not a big fan of the kitchen as well, it would’ve looked bigger if it was a open space kitchen. And what’s up with the cabinets on the second floor landing?😁 It seemed liked it was not well thought of. Seemed very off to me. But thank you for touring us around the house! Always fun to watch these kinds of videos. 😍

Agree, its flawed. The gold trim accent looks cheap rather than elegant. The bookshelf cabinet is out of place, the sliding glass door on the top floor is an accident waiting to happen esp.with kids around. The mini bar is poorly integrated and the kitchen looks small, same with the other bedrooms. They obviously over compensated for the masters bedroom space. I get it that they're going for a hotel theme but it looks more of a museum tbh. tsk...

Nice & apparently good quality finish except am not quite comfy with gold trimmings & accent & maintenance concern especially for all those chandeliers.
I don't know which is more beautiful, the house or the girl.

Well the house is a beauty but I would add some more solar panels to its roof plus a simple wind turbine power supplies.
Plus I would like to use the house in charitable works and feed little hungry poor children there in Tanza, Cavite.

I am sure there was someone behind that door as it took some force to open and swing the door. 😜

Curious on what’s wasteful about it? Find the master alright compared to the other spaces. Is it the low cabinet placement? (Genuine question so insight is greatly appreciated 😊 )
@@pinacolada2273 Its just my personal opinion but the low cabinets take up a lot more space then needed while not holding as much and the fact it takes the whole one side while connected to tables on the side looks a bit too connected without any spacing. Its a minor opinion that is a hit or miss depending on who viewing it.

Exterior design maganda, diko lang gusto yung layout ng interior. Yung couch sa living room at cabinet sa second floor masakit sa mata, yung stairs nagpapasikip sa living room aksaya sa space, grill's may vibes na animo'y nasa kulongan ka.
Malamang yung owner ang may pakana sa mga bagay na nabanggit, hindi nagustohan ang kinalabasan kaya binenta.
