Air conditioning units were only found in the bedrooms, but not inclusive in the living or dining room area. The main bedroom walk-in closet has no provision for hanging coats or long dress.
No provision for maid's room.

Feeling ko ndi yun access door sa kitchen..baka staff room yun or storage room kasi parang tatapat sya sa ilalim ng hagdan e....ang door to service area is yung sliding door na, kaya ndi sya dirty kitchen ,inayos pa din sya dhil sa sliding door pa din lalabas at papasok..
Oo nga po mali po yung sinabi ni Ms. Apple na access door sya. Ang ganda ng house! Isa lang po yung mejo down sa akin, wala pong window ang mga T&B, yung sa master lang po ang meron. Mas ok sana lahat ng T&B may window. Anyways, all in all maganda po ang house.

I love both the exterior and interior design of the house. One thing I'd probably add (though I think the space does not allow) is bath tub in the master's bedroom. I always love master bedroom with bath tub. I think that most houses in the Philippines don't have one and I wonder why. Nevertheless, once again, good job to the team!

3 things. The stair steps are a bit too high, the door directly face the gate and the steps leading to the main door could use a railing to avoid accidents. Other than this, we may consider buying this house.

I don't know why, I find all model home or brand new construction home in the Philippines are small, especially the living room area. The indoor kitchen's functionality is bothering me for some reason. Must be the structural designs, I'm not sure.

While watching this I was thinking that ive seen this design before, I remember this design.... ive design a house exactly like this which is surprisingly similar. Except for the dirty kitchen.

The owner is afraid of outsiders, so he puts up a prison fence. The best way is to modify the front fence to allow air to flow in, but at the same time still keep your privacy. Allow PWD to come in. I don't like heavy draperies, maybe you can change the heavy curtains to light ones or install vertical or horizontal blinders instead. This way you will allow plenty of natural light and air to come in.
