Gorgeous house. Love the details I have one very niggly criticism with the massive backlit marble center feature. It looks great for me but a discerning buyer might not like that the marble is not from the same cut. It looks pieced together

I like balconies kasi. then yun pala may roofdeck sa taas. hahaha! pero ito talaga nalungkot ako kasi may nakalimutan si Julia na ipakitang room. curious tuloy ako kung anong room ba yung nasa 35:25
I think same lang siya nung nasa 2nd floor or baka storage kaya di na pinakita ni Julia.

What price? I can’t get in?
Architects should start exploring the use of Bamboo. I cringe everytime I see huge pieces of Narra in homes. Unless the trees are sourced from Narra farms (which if it were huge pieces I'd highly doubt, as it takes at least 10-25 years to grow decent sized logs, and 50 years for large ones.), or repurposed (then perhaps big pieces are a possibility) I think our endangered trees should be protected. Iron Bamboo is just as strong and can be beautiful. They grow faster and multiply the more it is harvested.
Malakas sa Lamok ang Bamboo 😂 Builders ought to use Oak. Stronger than Narra since it’s used in outdoor applications, and also Lighter to look @.
